Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, Indian Wells

Beautiful property. We had a beautiful golf course view. Big spacious pool. Good food and great drinks! The bathroom door just slides and doesn’t lock so no privacy from little ones, other than that the room was great and plenty big enough. We hope to visit again!

This place is awesome. Has a big pool that breaks down to 3 smaller ones ,one of which is like a sandy beach for toddlers. They have activities for the family like arcades and escape room . They also play movies at night in the pool only for summer I believe . All in all 9/10 I would come back. The rooms were big and the king bed was very comfortable

What a beautifully kept property. The grounds were immaculate and everyone I spoke with/interacted with was so friendly from the valet guys, check in and pool workers. The lobby was stunning with the large sparkling chandelier and grand double staircase leading to a restaurant and the pool. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The decor kept to the mid century Palm Springs vibe with the sepia wallpaper in the bathroom of traditional 50’s homes. The shower was very spacious with 2 water heads and a dual vanity sink with ample counter space. The pool was shaped in such a way that allowed for privacy. There were lots of cabanas, umbrellas, lounge chairs, which can be reserved, and was only 3.5 feet deep. Great for families and relaxing. I was surprised how clear the water was at the end of the day. I will definitely be back.

the hotel was very nice however the food options are over priced and limited, for example 3 street tacos $20 that a little expense for tacos for a family of 4, so with that being said i was very nice to have del taco down the street so we survived, all in all in i was very happy with my stay

We got the 2 queen 1 pull out bed suite which was perfect for the 4 of us. One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The pool was awesome had great poolside drinks that weren’t too bad better the Vegas prices. They had a movie night going on for kids and free cotton candy during the movie. Self parking was super easy just a long treck with all of our stuff but not terrible. Check in and out was super easy. We were on the fourth floor but I never heard our neighbors at all. We had a balcony as well which was super nice. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival. I noticed there were only 2 people at the front desk to check in people for a sold out hotel. Wait times were long and it was frustrating. I happened to arrive at a good time but when I had asked if it would be possible to get an adjoining room with my family I was told it should not be a problem since I arrived at 4:15pm, to check in and check in starts at 4pm. Well great so I thought but then the check in person disappeared for about 10-15 min and returns to let us know he could not accomodate because the hotel was sold out. Mind you we had a king room and 2 queens, which are the rooms that adjoin. The clerk tells me the hotel is sold out and nothing he could do, but when I had called days in advanced I was informed to arrive at 4pm to check in and it should not be a problem. Yet here we were and the clerk told us he got us rooms close together. Well it happens they were 3 floors apart, how is this close together?! This was ridiculous. There is obviously miscommunication when you call and when you’re actually there to check in.

Lovely stay - the Beach was a huge hit with the kids - all playing together with new friends!
