On a scale of 1-10, I’d give my stay a 100. From the Manager and general staff to the outstanding Concierge Gordon, who made my family feel welcome, special and valued; this was the absolute best stay. We've stayed at a various hotels in Palm Springs for over 20 years. Hands down best location, nice pool, and fantastic service.

Pool staff at entrance of the pool was incredibly rude. I could see many pool floaties from the window on the 3rd floor looking down to the pool so I brought mine down too. I was told I couldn’t have it. I said to look behind them at the 20 currently being used & he proceeded to tell me I couldn’t have mine. I ignored him & walked in anyway bc obviously people were allowed to use them. My kids & I have severe life threatening allergies so we bring our own food wherever we go. Many guests were eating their own food as well inside the pool area. The first day was fine. The second day I was harassed by the same staff who told only me that I couldn’t have my pool floatie. He told me outside food wasn’t allowed. I told him I have allergies and he said that was the policy. I went past him & sat down in a lounge chair to eat. Security came and told me I had to eat outside the gated area. This was so embarrassing to be singled out when literally right next to me a family was eating Jersey Mike’s. After that they started going through all guests bags prior to entering the pool area. Very discriminatory to people with disabilities & allergies. The pool lounge chairs are about 30 years old & so worn out that they sagged and had rips. They didn’t have very many and all were taken by 10am. I guess they want to force guests to spend even more money on the cabanas. For $358 a night I was harassed and discriminated against. I overheard a guest say they got food poisoning from the hotelfood

We recently stayed for 5 nights with the family during 2024 spring break. There is not one thing about this hotel that we can say was good. The bed was terrible, There were no dressers in the suite we had- ended up living out of our suitcases all week. A/C was noisy, bathroom exhaust didn’t work at all, toilet barely flushed, no grip in the tub so we had two people slip in the shower. Housekeeping did a poor job of cleaning the room and restocking. Ran out of conditioner in the shower by the last day which means they must not even check these between guest check in. The hotel needs a lot of maintenace- ice maker didn’t work , paint peeling in the hallways, stains on the walls, pool chairs ripped, pool deck was coming apart with bad concrete everywhere, Most of the staff needs a class in hospitality (one towel per person at the pool!). Ate at the restaurant and ordered from the pool bar a few times. Food was terrible although one lady bartender at the pool bar was very nice and made good margaritas. It’s a shame because the hotel is in a great location being close to downtown PS and could be a great family destination.

We checked into the hotel, got our 2 room keys and proceeded to our granddaughters gymnastics competition. We got back and went up to our room, tried our key and it didn't work. After hearing talking inside our room, the door opened and a family of 3 were in there!!!! We had to go downstairs and they had no idea how this happened. I am handicapped so the family invited me to stay with them as my husband went back down. The building is HUGE and took 15-20 minutes to go from Our Room to the desk!! After quite a scene, he was given another room for us on another floor. Another VERY LONG walk for both of us!! The room was what we paid for but no apologies or reimbursement was offered. What would have happened if our suitcases were in the room? What would have happened if they weren't a very nice family and helped me out as I couldn't walk any further with my cane. They did end up comping our food and drinks but it was a terrible and upsetting experience for us...and the other family! I am VERY UNCOMFORTABLE staying there again due to room security!!!!

customer service was excellent, clean location, nice warm pool and hot tub. family-friendly atmosphere , welcoming lounge and cafe, and beautiful outdoor fireplaces within walking distance to downtown However, rooms showed signs of age with wear and tear, but overall, our large group of 30 enjoyed a good stay.

It was our family trip and hotels.com recommended this hotel as a top ranking of family friendly hotel so we decided it. HOWEVER, it was not at all!!! It looked like only adults club pool party held and a lot of people in the pool were just talking with liqour and flutting all arounds. There were few family group but they looked the same way we felt. Horrible thing happeded at the saturday night, our next room turned on the club music loudly and alot of drunk people walked the hallway and talked loudly,,, and between room there were no sound proof so I could hear everything all type of enjoy.........you caould imagine anything worse... room condition was so dirty and the previous guest's pants was left at the terrace..... Mattress was box spring.. so your back pain will be plus... Speachless in negative way...

Room 5304 if anyone from the hotel reads this: A/C never got to the desired temp (not good in Palm Springs in August). As it ran non-stop, it vibrated the wall, so you could feel it in your pillow. The shampoo dispenser had conditioner in it (as did the conditioner dispenser). When you turned on the hot water handle, the cold water handle jiggled all over the place. The ceiling light fixture was separating from the ceiling and missing the lens cover. The door to the fridge cabinet dragged across the carpet. There were no clear instructions for Wi-Fi access (I figured it out on my own). The front desk staff seemed to want to get me through as quickly as possible but didn't seem to care if I understood everything they were saying. On the whole, it seems like this property could hire a team of maintenance folks and they would be busy for weeks. All of the above is why I could not rate this experience higher. On the positive side: the pool area is really nice, great for the family.
