We were extremely disappointed that the pool was not functioning when we got to the hotel. The indoor pool was one of the only reasons we picked this hotel and my kids were very disappointed. I wish they had told us in advance so we could have picked to stay somewhere else!

Property/Rooms were very updated and new! Beautiful decor, with large lobby/bar area, with patio seating complete with gas fireplace. The indoor pool was a hit with the grandkids too! I’ve stayed in more expensive hotels not nearly as nice as this one. Highly recommend!

Very happy to have stayed here! It’s close to standford the only thing was they don’t have a roll away bed and the pillows were not the best. I had a sick child and she loved to be in bed They had great front desk help and happy hour was nice.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were not comfortable at all. That was the only "bad experience" we encountered. I recommend adding the breakfast option as it's much more affordable than paying full price at hotel. We were in town for a soccer tournament and hotel was more of a business encounter than a family encounter. Not much for the kids to do at hotel. Regardless, it was a nice stay. Location was great and lots of stuff within walking distance from hotel.

wehad a wonderful stay. the indoor pool was a little cool for swimming with the young children, and a bit small for swimming laps, but it was nice to have the opportunity to swim in November. The bed was very comfortable, but a little noisy. The staff were all amazingly gracious and helpful.
