Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at Creekside Inn. Beautiful grounds and the room was clean and had a great patio view. The continental breakfast was sufficient for our needs and the AC room was so helpful with the summer heat. Although the pool was a bit small it was perfect for us and the staff was so friendly and allowed us to stay after check out to enjoy the pool on such a hot day!

we stay at Creekside because they are great about ensuring that we have access for our disabled family member. The staff is courteous and we always have an excellent check-in/check-out experience.

The hotel was friendly, clean & well appointed. I was upgraded to a junior suite in the tower section and it was lovely & quiet. There’s a fabulous deli/restaurant & convenience store on site, that was very welcomed after a busy day. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice overall location along a scenic creek. Not sure why there is a (nominal) resort fee. I did see a pool and heard there was a gym but it’s not really a resort. I had expected more re: breakfast. It’s light pastries and breakfast bars and juice that you can eat in the small lobby or at outdoor tables. I was solo for most of the stay - in town for a conference - and my family joined at the end. It was fine for both purposes. If you want to feel more removed from civilization, try to get first or second floor. The third floor has a slight view of the road and cars. I heard some traffic but nothing too disruptive. Would stay again though not sure it’s worth the price on more expensive rate days.

They don’t have the friendliest staff and our room was not even ready at 3:30pm and they said that it’s another 30 mins. They didn’t seem bothered by it. I had to ask for the bottle of wine that was included in my reservation and for the nightly rate, we got cold pastries for free breakfast, no milk , no toast, no cereal. I only wanted it for my kids that are competing. The nightly rate is so not worth it.

Can still hear kids making lot of noise at midnight from running around in the property, stairs and can heard people talking from upstairs or next door.

Stayed here to be close to Lucille Packard childrens hospital for a full week of appointments. This property is spread out, different than anywhere I’ve stayed before. I enjoyed the easy access to our room. Our room was an accessible 2 queen. made it very easy to shower my disabled daughter with their excellently designed bathroom and fold down handicapped shower bench. They do need to replace carpet, next to one bed it smelled like pee really bad, gross. I was disappointed that we did not have a kitchen table or a couch as advertised when I booked. I did call and ask for a chair so we could have somewhere to sit, they quickly brought a computer/desk chair, so not super comfy during our downtime. The microwave and mini fridge worked great. The pool is too hard to access from our room we would have to drive to the other side and that was just not worth the time to load and buckle car seats and then drive back wet, so that was disappointing for all of us. The breakfast is just fruit, yogurt, and some nasty looking pastries, definitely not an actual breakfast. The property outside was really cute and didn’t feel like we were in a big city, the creek and trees and greenery were beautiful. Would have been nice to have at least 2 outside patio chairs and a table but we got 1 chair so did not spend time outside. Door dash was able to find us easily enough to order meals as needed. The check in and checkout were a breeze, and the staff was friendly. Will stay again. Bed were comfy.

I have made many trips to the bay area due to visiting family and was thrilled at the price and the amenities that this hotel had to offer, close to everything, close to food options close to transportation. The staff were very accommodating and the property was very clean and safe.
