Literally across the street from Fashion Island, the staff were incredibly friendly (special shout-out to Tamara ), always smiling and eager to help. Stunning views from our rooms. Clean and modern bathrooms, comfy bed. It was perfect for our short Newport family vacation.

The room provided didnt match your pictures. They gave us partial ocean view and when switched they gave us a block wall balcony so no view at all unless we stood up on the balcony. The pool had to close because a kid pooped
