I’m a long time customer and requested a refund due to a family emergency and received no correspondence as indicated by the hotels.con rep. I’m very disappointed in the service and no one getting back to me regarding my refund not to mention the insensitive nature of the rep regarding my family situation.

I couldn’t sleep for one night due to loud noises throughout the night. They changed my room and said that this was a quiet area. It clearly was not a quiet area because at night there were kids screaming really late at night, knocking on our door multiple times and running up and down the halls. I let the receptionist know and although they did speak to the guests, it didn’t affect how they acted. They couldn’t switch the room I booked because it was sold out. I have never experienced being at a hotel where it was so chaotic and noisy.

We booked our staying for our sister wedding and a reunion ! The first time in 31years all my family (14 siblings got together from all over the world! Unfortunately , my room was smelling ( sewer smell ) so badly 😢 My closet was so small , no door , but the worst part was the bar where you supposed to hang your clothes was prob 10” wide ! 😢For the price ( $189/ night ) almost a $1000 for 4 days ! No thanks ! I’ll never get back there ! It’s not worth it!

When checking in there’s only one person available at the front desk. She does multi tasking and there’s a line up behind me. Room was clean and comfortable. At the hallway, its noisy children and adults were too loud. Doors slamming in and out.

A few things: Staff: The lady with the (RBF - it was disturbing the way she stared at your guest and her co-workers - everyone individually mentioned it in our group) working at the front desk was the worst. Her presence wasn't appreciated, as we are watching Sam do her best. We were the first group to arrive at the bar. The bar tender/waitress Sam I think was her name. She was outnumbered while your other staff just watched. At one point there were 3 people behind the front counter, and she was running trying to keep up. I mean it should be teamwork as all this is the front of the house. They could have helped her by simply clearing some plates. We were in town for our kids' tournament, and they were swimming in the pool, so of course they came in hungry. We tried to order them food and were then told the kitchen was closed. Sam closed the bar & kitchen 30 minutes early without a last call, or any notification. We were cautious of the time as our kids had a late lunch, but we knew they would be hungry before the end of the night. So, my next trip will be back at the previous hotel. As well as the other parents. Also, the pool lights were out, and there was no alternative lighting. Parking was awful, some had to park at the hotel across the street, as the parking lot right next to it was towing cars according to the person at the front desk.

My husband & I were coming into town for the long Memorial Day weekend. We only booked 2 nights but was going to add 2 more nights, however decided to switch hotels. Hotel was extremely clean , room was clean and semi comfortable. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as we have had at other Hilton hotels. Bath towels seemed older and dingy white, not as we expect. I believe there was some sort of youth tournament nearby as lots of families ALL OVER HOTEL. We checked in later evening and our room was on the 4th floor closest door to elevators. So we could hear everyone at all hours passing by as well as kids running up and down hall on our floor and above us. We had already paid in advance & couldn’t get a refund so stuck it out. We also were shocked at the $15 per day parking when we still had to park adjacent lot to hotel as there was no parking at hotel or in their very small parking “structure.” Maintenance crew from housekeeping to janitor were more friendly & welcoming than front desk staff that we spoke to.
