There was a man behind the hotel watching people. He approached a woman up close. I asked front desk and they don't have security for the property.I told them they were in for a big surprise when the strange man gets more desperate. People are animals, too. Beds very comfy. I would never, ever stay here again with my family.

There was an extra fee to have sheets changed of $75. There were roaches, usb ports did not work and the size of the refrigerator for a suite was small not large enough to hold snacks for a family of four.

I don't like that they don't give free breakfast of any kind, but the place was quiet and room was clean and comfortable. I was able to check in early, which was also a blessing, as I was watching my infant granddaughter and going back and forth from her mom's place to here. I was able to get settled on my timing. I know this isn't a guarantee, but I was lucky and felt good about them allowing me to check in. The parking costs money, too, even though they have plenty of space, so check in on that. Those small charges add up! Overall, I would stay here again. There is a brewery in walking distance, too!

The hotel was not good, in check in , they provide us a room in 2nd floor and when we take stuff inside , mention a lots of ants coming out from AC located under window and ants walk on beds, carpet is so dirty, i go down and ask to check the room and change, they did, they give us a room in 3rd floor, we take all stuffs to the 3rd floor but when we get in we were not able to breathe, crazy , the room has very bad marijuana, unbelievable, family with kid sending to that room, that smell wont go until they left the window for 2 days at least, crazy, finally they change the room to the 4 th floor which is tallerable, not recommended

I do not recommend this property. The building seems to be a refurbished old apartment building. The decor makes it look like a Marriott or Hilton Garden Inn hotel, but its really an upscale Motel 6. The worse area was the bathroom. The bathroom had black mold growing from the air vent and it spread to different corners along the ceiling, top-bathroom door and into the tub area. There is also paint bubbling and chipping. This is all along the ceiling (light but visible). The tub floor is stained a gray- brown color. There is thick dust along the bathroom floor tile border. Customer service is lacking too. As I checked in, I overheard the Front Desk agent being rude to a caller. This view/experience left a very bad/icky feeling for my family. To be fair, the room (not bathroom) was fine. It was clean and beds comfortable. The hotel was okay for a two night stay but at nearly $200 per night, you/me deserve better. Plan ahead to get a better hotel and avoid this place.

The area around the property was a bit unkempt. Broken beer bottles and trash. My family and I felt safe. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, the staff was very friendly and very helpful.

There was a odd smoke odor in the air, carpet was stained and dirty, the tub was stained and needed to be reglazed, and the walls had no insulation or were sound proof the room next door had children playing and screaming early in the morning unable to get any sleep=resy

This location is very central to south orange county and near the Irvine Spectrum. We got the 2 room suite which came with a pull out bed, mini fridge and microwave. Perfect for a small family. The pool and jacuzzi were clean as well as the rest of the property.

We have stayed here twice because they had the best rates for a family of 5. I do not feel like this is a family friendly place. Lots of younger adults and singles coming in and out. I swear we saw a homeless person sleeping against the wall one morning, and police were driving through several times another night. Seems like lots of partying going on, which is totally fine. But not for a family. The room was also dirty with smudges if something all over the walls. The shower wouldn’t drain, had to call them twice to fix it, which they did quickly. Curtains have stains. Overall, just not a clean feeling. Staff was friendly and responsive to requests though.
