This was a get together with family. My mother turned 90, she stayed at hotel with me. Hotel personnel were accommodating in having room close to parking area, asked and received rubber mat for tub safety, etc.

Stayed for 4 days with my family. Everything was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient as well as it is a short drive from the Irvine Spectrum and many other popular family destinations. We would definitely stay again. Can’t be beat for the cost compared to other hotels in the area.

We love supporting this family owned and operated business. It’s become a tradition for our family to come at least once every year. My kids love the spacious pool and jacuzzi. I love the gym that overlooks both. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. There are a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. The room is always clean and the staff is always friendly!

We booked this to be close to a family member having a birthday party. The bathtub had rust in it and there was a bandaid on the comforter from a previous guest. I don't think we'd stay again but was a good location for what we needed

We have family that lives in the area and this is our favorite place to stay. The front desk has always been welcoming and friendly. Our last stay was a challenge to check in as we had made 3 stays booked during the same week but reservations made at different times. When we arrived we were told one of the reservations had been cancelled. The staff took on the challenge and was able to correct the error. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. The property is across the street from a fire station but it is usually quiet. Never had any issues with neighboring rooms.

The property has such a beautiful setting. You don't know that you are in a busy area near the I-5 because they have so many palm trees, fountains and beautiful landscaping in the center of the property that makes you feel you're in a town in Italy. It has always been quiet and the breakfast is very good. We love staying at Laguna Hills Lodge whenever we're visiting our family nearby. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in a safe, clean environment.

I stay here often to see family. It’s conveniently located with lots of parking. It’s close to many restaurants. The staff is attentive. In winter they have cute holiday decorations and in summer the pool area makes for a nice afternoon. Plus, the prices are always reasonable. I highly recommend.

Front desk checking and checkout personnel were so very friendly and courteous. They provided a room of our specific request and it was appreciated. Morning breakfast crew are always very helpful.Clean room, personal toiletries were given, comfortable bed. We always stay here when visiting family, but, it is located close to several places to eat. Thank you!
