The staff were helpful, professional, friendly, and just awesome. We had a wonderful visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The stay was lovely until the boy from the front desk called about 5 times the first morning. The second morning, I was informed by a very rude girl named Aisha who proceeded to hang up on me. When I called the front desk explaining that Eva had granted my request for a late checkout at 12:30 pm, Aisha proceeded to place blame for her rudeness on the fact that Eva didn't do her job. Then shortly after I explained the late check out, I get a knock on my door from housekeeping. Shortly after that, I get a call from the front desk, then a hang up. Wow. When I called back a different rude girl answered and would not give me her name. She simply answered the phone with a "hello" and a bad attitude. I asked if this was the front desk, she simply answered with a "yeah". I am in the hospitality business and I know the occupancy has to to be extremely low. I was initially impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of Eva and Natalie the bartender. My family and I even discussed returning to the property in the near future. Unfortunately we will never return again. We were extremely disappointed and with so much competition in the very close vicinity we will choose to spend our money elsewhere. Do better Aisha, Shay, and young unprofessional boy who called and called. There is no excuse for bad attitudes and childish games, especially in this economy with that much competition around.

First night no air condition I called the phone service this they did not have anybody he can fix it. Second night there conditioning does not get fixed and did not clean the loan that day when I call the front desk he told me I have to let them know that I need to clean the room wow so they want me to another room at midnight because the air-conditioning wasn't fixed my kids while sleeping I cannot go to another. So if you don't tell them to clean the room they will not clean

It is close to CSUF. We were moving our child for the new school semester.
