Chase Suite Hotel Brea

Last minute stay, didn’t want to drive home after family reunion. The room was great and very spacious. Food was great in the morning. I think my only complaint is the large charge for pets. Great place to stay when more than 1 person.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 4 for our week long stay. The breakfast was great and the social hours were a nice touch too. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and the hotel grounds were well maintained as well. Staff was top notch!

As a family we lived our stay at the chase suits. The room was clean, water pressure in the shower was GREAT! The king size bed wwas very comfortable. The only compliment i have was the pullout bed was to thin. The customer service was wonderful and the pool was great.

Awesome place for family or home away from home

What an amazing surprise this room turned out to be, it is probably the best family unit we have rented! The room was huge, it included 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, including full size fridge, clean comfy beds, 3 TVs, and a nice big living room. The property has a small swimming pool but gets extra points for being heated. Breakfast was included as well as 2 adult beverages for evening. The location is very close to many reputable restaurants which includes a Starbucks just down the street as well as the iconic Brea Mall. This place is perfect for families, we highly recommend it amd we're definitely coming back!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay will most definitely stay here again. The staff is super friendly and kind. Super quiet which is very wonderful. The rooms was very clean and nice and very spacious.

While we enjoyed the included continental breakfast (our stay didn’t have social hour) and the front desk employee was very helpful, the positives end there. Our door required slamming to close. The main room light did not work. All the light switches for the lights that did work had a bright blue lights that could not be turned off providing a piercing cerulean glow throughout the unit. Our bed was stiff and the pillows lumpy, covered in sheets that felt well used (clean yes, but threadbare and tough). We went to a local hotel for our trip to visit family at Christmas hoping to avoid insane cleaning fees of Airbnb, which we did but we also were not able to get any housekeeping services (besides a delivery of fresh towels) because we stayed five nights not six. We paid for a hotel and felt like we got a discount motel with continental breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at Chase Suites. The staff was friendly. The suite was spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. We would stay here again.

Me and my family really enjoyed this property, for a family of 6 traveling to Disneyland for the weekend. It was perfect.
