My family and I loved the spacious suite and the amenities of the room. It was perfect for my kids to lounge in and the separate room with beds was convenient for us to sleep and some could stay other room and watch tv. I traveled with my Maltese and the hotel didn’t huff and puff for having a dog they just simply added the pet fee no questions asked. I was ready to inform them that she’s small and potty trained but they didn’t fuss. I wish there were more options for breakfast but we were happy with the complimentary items.

I’ve stayed here many times and this last time it was disappointing. We got a room on third floor and the elevator was out of service the whole entire time (4 nights) it was so inconvenient for me since I had my toddler with me on this trip. We had to sue the stairs the whole time and the only elevator that works is way across the hotel.

Floor was wet near the AC I don’t know from what, neighbor next to us baby kept crying and neighbors in front dog kept barking, and you can hear everything going on in the halls

Room was not ready at check in time. I was charged for guest parking on two separate occasions even after telling them to remove the charge after the first night and was charge again at check out time. Front desk employee checked guest parking on box on form without my knowledge. Elevator near my room was not operational, and it was necessary for my handicapped family member. The room was clean and the site was clean but that’s about it.

Its always a great pace to stay The rooms are roomy and I love not having to sit on the bed to relax and watch tv at the end of the day Beautiful pool and fire pit area Great place over all Stay there frequently when we visit our kids Very convenient and the staff is always helpful.

Hotel is nice. My family and I stayed here for my sons baseball tournament. We had late Saturday games and possibly early Sunday games. So we reserved a room close to the fields. It was a good thing since we had to be at the fields early and we live in San Fernando Valley. We were only in the hotel to sleep one night and out early on Sunday. Hotel is nice didn’t really get to enjoy much of it. No breakfast was included had to pay extra so I rather go out to eat anyways.
