This was a great place to stay-- they just need to change their selection of what;s on the tv in the breakfast room.Highly inappropriate and not family friendly. I mentioned it to someone there and they didn't get it and didn't change station.

Clean hotel with nice amenities. Room was decent sized and bed was comfy. Couch was a pull out bed, so the kids had their own space. Plenty of options for storage. Microwave and fridge provided. Restaurant on site that also provides the continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room—a little larger than average. The big bathtub was also a win! Everything was super clean and the staff were all very pleasant. Conveniently located to access family in Huntington Beach. All in all, it was a great stay. We’ll be back.

I decided to upgrade where I stayed for my visit with family and I’m happy I chose Ayres. Spacious room, comfortable bed, sofa, and luxurious soaking tub. Breakfast was pretty good too.

We were there at a very busy time and the hotel was full. Consequently, it was very noisy and breakfast each morning was noisy and manic. Sometimes it was hard to find a clean table. We had to move rooms because the guests above us acted like baby elephants. That's not the fault of hotel I know but thankfully staff allowed us to move to the top floor. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The air conditioning units in the rooms are very, very noisy. They really need to be replaced with updated systems. Overall, it is a good hotel. Very clean.

The hotel was clean and great but the room above us has small children that keeps running back and forth. It was hard to sleep. I wish they had considered placing them on the ground floor rooms to minimize the noise. Pillows were too soft and goes flat. It was past 8pm when we checked in. The front desk person was polite but was lacking the welcoming demeanor. She was probably tired. AC was cold, bathroom was immaculate, room smelled good , mini fridge cold, Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel and use this hotel chain in the future.

Everything is perfect, excepted the pool hours because they close at 10pm but in the day they’re so many kids in the pool {nothing wrong with that} but they won’t let us swim or have a good time. I think the hotel should have different hours like 9am to 9pm should be for the kids or for however. For adults should be 9pm to 3am. That would be so much better because my husband and I had to wait all day just to go to the pool or jacuzzi cause they’re were kids everywhere and they got out at 10pm right when they close so that’s kinda lame in my opinion.
