The hotel is just amazing! But we did a mistake not checking if everything is working until night time! It was hot at night in the room and the AC was not working 😞! We called the reception and they sent the guy to fix it while my kid is sleeping ! That was very annoying! Alwqys check the room before n8ght time.

My kids and I stayed over Spring Break and we loved the friendliness of the staff as well as the easy access to the mall. My son said the restaurant had the best burger he'd ever eaten. It was a great place to stay and we look forward to going back.

Niko gave us a great first impression. He was so thoughtful with our small children, to put us in a room with a great view of the Christmas tree out front. The stay overall was great. We would stay here again.

I booked a room with two queen beds for my family of 4. When i arrived and checked in i was told the hotel has over booked and they do not have a room with 2 queens and my room wasnt guaranteed because i did not book directly with Westin and I used a 3rd party. I was given a room with 1 king and offered a roll away bed. This was not what i paid for and we were very uncomfortable. Nothing was done to accommodate me and my family.
