The Viv Hotel, Anaheim, a Tribute Collection

Was absolutely a perfect stay. Great amenities for kids / Disney trip. Super easy and fast shuttles to the parks…. Far enough away from the surrounding chaos but super close too (5 mins) with nicer accommodations. Food was fine - could be better but not complaining for it served a purpose. Rooms were big with bunk beds and all staff was lively. We will stay here again.

My stay at the Viv hotel was fantastic! The staff were friendly and accommodating, my room was spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel was conveniently located near Disneyland and a bunch of other restaurants. There were also a lot of great perks provided by the hotel upon check-in, such as daily $25 off food coupons, free drink coupons and a Disney goodie bag upon check out. I highly recommend staying at this hotel with your family for your Disney vacation!

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and didn’t have a problem with the prices but honestly now it is way overpriced and I hate that I wasted my one key cash on this because my experience her was not good, the room was not clean at all there was hairs in the bathtub, the floors were not clean because the moment my kids took off their shoes and walked around the room their feet were black, in the bathroom there was also a towel hanging on the rod with red makeup on it that they forgot to remove when “cleaning “ the room. I’m not one to complain especially when we just arrived from a 6 hour drive with two toddlers we were tired so I brushed it off until I got hit with the $75 dollar destination fee that they said was non refundable and I need to spend at the hotel then for parking they overcharge now too, and all the extra taxes was just crazy. Definitely the last time I’ll be staying here with my family. We like to budget when we spend and all the extra charges threw us off.

We stayed as a family of 6. We got the two queen beds plus twin bunk bed, and it’s the first time our family (with little kids) has been truly comfortable in a hotel room. It really made our trip a lot better. And the accommodations were very clean and it seemed like well insulated for sound.

service was good but they require you to pay a $25 "accommodation fee" each day which gets you 1 $25 drink voucher. We went to use it with our child and they wouldn't let us sit at a table or at the bar since we had a minor so had to take it to go. they were completely rude about it.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with. The rooms were clean, well set up and very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to families as the bunk bed options were perfect for a family over 4. Well done!!

Stayed for one night with family and it wasn't as clean as other hotels. The hotel looks new but the sheets had an oder and the tv was down. Overall it wasn't the best stay due to feeling like the room was not clean.

Our stay was very good, just the girl bartender had a bad attitude towards us, she was nice to everyone else that didn’t have kids with them but not with us

Sheets were dirty at check-in. Room service would not answer the phone. Took us two trips to the lobby and waiting a long time before getting new sheets that we had to put back ourselves. All of this with two young kids at 9pm. Imagine the frustration checking in late night with two kids and not being able to sleep.

A wonderful property - kind and helpful staff, bright and clean furnishings, great polls and beautiful rooftop, and proximity to Disneyland. We loved the family room. Will definitely return.
