Candlewood Suites Anaheim - Resort Area, an IHG Hotel

We really enjoyed our 7 day stay. We were on a family vacation and everything is so convenient, and walking distance. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfy. Great a/c and tv. The fridge, stove, sink, were very nice to have. Bought a few things for breakfast and soft drinks, chips and snacks. Housekeeping was friendly and would provide clean towels for us everyday. I definitely recommend to stay here. The only thing that could use a change is to get a bigger pool and hot tub. We never used the pool too small. We'll stay here again.

We stayed for 7 nights. Cons:: Very clean, safe, staff was always polite and helpful, parking was decent (paid parking but still spots we only had one night when we parked on the street). Housekeeping made our beds daily and would refill things like dishwasher soap and salt. Laundry is completely free. Kitchen was great if you need to keep cost down by cooking. Not overcrowded, and again- very very clean. Safe neighborhood and area and easy to get to Disney, VIDCON, and etc. General manager is very helpful and responds to questions. CONS: Pool SUCKS. Not the fault of the staff though. It’s clean, just really small and weird. Also no view of any fireworks or anything interesting. This is a family hotel and there are screaming children every morning EARLY- so bring a sound machine. Otherwise we had a great experience and very happy we chose this location!

Three night stay with the kiddos. Super convenient distance from Disney. Calm and quiet. I noticed it was pet friendly which is good to know for the next stay with our dog.

Good hotel close toy Disney (one mile) for families. Has kitchen and microwave. No breakfast though. Parking costs extra $15 per day.

I had a great stay! Front desk were lovely and all the workers and maintenance teams were very friendly! It is a little noisy because of the Disney families but that is totally OK with me. The only thing that was a little annoying was that there are only two elevators, they’re both pretty slow, and one closed on my second day. Otherwise, this was a great, clean place to book (within walking distance to Disney, or a very affordable $8 uber ride). Kudos for having hand soap in the bathroom! I booked again in June!

I stayed here 2 nights with my husband and kids we had no problems at all. I love there’s a shuttle bus to get to Disneyland. The staff was very helpful. Clean environment, less then 10 mins away from disney. I would fersure stay here again

Perfect for families going to Disney. Everything is right there, and the property is nice. The full kitchen is convenient, and late night check is helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and it was great! I remember reading some reviews mentioning the fire alarm went off during the middle of night but luckily it didn’t happen during our stay. This was our first time staying at this hotel and we are considering coming back to this hotel again for our summer vacation. A kitchenette is important for us and the prices are the best comparable to others at the time of my booking. I was most impressed that the laundry is free! There are free coffee in the lobby. There is a 7-11 just around the block. Uber to Disneyland is $6-$7. You can walk and it takes about 20 minutes. We only used pool once - it was a small pool probably would be great for toddlers. We never bothered to get the room service but the maids are nice when we asked for towels or any supplies we need. Overall we had a great staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

AC unit in our first room didn’t work. Couldn’t get our room below 73 resulting in my kids overheating all night and ruining our first morning at Disney. Many of the walls leaked due to rain also.

Great place for families bright and spacious. After long days wig walking but would have been nice to sit in a hot tub but honestly that’s really all it’s missing
