Whether you want to plan a multi-generation family get away or a romantic weekend away escape this resort is the most beautiful and low key elegant at the same time!

Our stay was 5/9 -5/10. We were very disappointed that we were not informed when we booked our room and made our spa appointments, that we would not be allowed on property until noon. This was a Mother's Day celebration for my daughters. They both took time off work and made childcare arrangements so we could take full advantage of the spa when it opened at 8:30. I received a call the day before our arrival confirming our appointments and that is when I was informed of the spa's reduced hours. When we showed up to the property hoping to grab a bite before the spa opened, we were turned away and told we couldn't go on the property at all until noon. Staff was very kind and understanding, but it was still disappointing.

Quiet, lots of family friendly activities to keep kiddos busy and entertained! Onsite restaurants were good, comfortable rooms, convenient shuttles to get around property!

Great service. Disappointed with the number of kids at the resort. Looking for quiet spa weekend. Also many off leash dogs. Should have a designated area for dogs to run if it is a pet friendly resort

Our first trip with our adult kids and would definitely come back again. The ground is beautiful, incredible service and beautiful rooms with view. We got upgraded to vista room with gorgeous view. Thank you for making my birthday wknd memorable.

it's an absolutely stunning property and usually the service is exceptional. However, the time period that we went I felt that the vibe of the resort was different. Service felt below par, children were screaming everywhere and dogs were all over the property. It lent itself to be the opposite of the relaxing getaway we were hoping for and had received prior. We also felt that the prefixed meals during the holiday were not only very expensive, but weren't actually up to their typical standards. I will still always have a special place in my heart for the Ojai Valley Inn but this particular trip fell below my expectations.

We loved our room, the grounds were spectacular. The Pixie pool was CRAZY! But the kids had a blast, pool service was great.
