Was a nice stay with my family. 13 mins away from Santa Barbara. Breakfast included it’s decent and easy for us family of 6.

My family really enjoyed this hotel. Room was clean and very spacious. Parking was close. The pool was clean. The continental breakfast consisted of real food and not just cereal and fruit. A very cute beach hotel, will return for our next Carpinteria trip.

It was nice this is the second time I stayed at this hotel, I was not happy that they didn’t provide me a AAA disco no because I book it thru some booking app? That was sad as the kids really wanted to stay there Again maybe next time we will try a different hotel, but other than that the lady’s at the breakfast areas tried their best to get everything ready for all the guests, wish all the guest would give them tips, they deserve it.

We loved everything about our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. The kids had so much fun in the heated pools and we all enjoyed the free breakfast. The kids especially loved the cinnamon rolls. You have to request housekeeping service, but that was fine and convenient. Alll of the staff were warm and very accommodating. We will be back soon!

We couldn’t get into our room in tell 4:00, we couldn’t sit by the pool in tell we check in they said, so we sat in the car with a small child waiting. Next morning my elbow had bits on it, there was a large brown spider in the bed. Bathtub plugged up, drain full of hair! My son’s room also had spiders, sink plugged up with hair! When I Mentioned the spiders, dirty bathtub & sink they said nothing..
