Best Western Plus Rama Inn & Suites

Convenient! There are a lot of dining options and fast food restaurants around the area. The only thing we didn’t like is that the staff blamed our kids for something they didn’t do. The front desk called twice, saying my kids were loud, even though we told them our kids were just in bed watching. But then they still knocked on our door telling us we were the only ones with kids. How rude! They still insisted it was our kids. My wife told them to check the camera to verify. This is the first time this has happened to us! I guess it's not recommended for families with kids if you don’t want your kids to get blamed.

Great family stay, nice facility pool hot tub sauna. The gym was small but had what was needed to have a workout. Breakfast was good and fresh.

we had an amazing time everything was cleaned friendly staff I was able to relax in the jacuzzi while my kiddos enjoyed the pool the town is quiet and peaceful just what we were looking for the location is just perfect everything is around you walking and car distance

The receptionist I dealt with was rude! She told me just so you know the elevator isn’t working. I replied with I have my 3 children and my youngest isn’t able to walk upstairs this is a huge inconvenience. She replies well I can’t give you a refund so you can stay or not. So I proceeded to ask can I get a room on the 1st floor (we were put in the 3rd floor) she says that’s for handicap as I just told her my youngest isn’t able to walk stairs. Then says the rooms on the 1st floor can’t accommodate you (because there were 5 of us) the hotel was empty she could have easily tried to accommodate us even if was conjoined rooms. Onto the filthy room. The bathtub was filthy looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last people stayed. The door handles were sticky and dirty the room smelt like mold. The drapes were dirty it was gross all the way around. I’m attaching some pictures that I took.

I stay in this hotel occasionally. For a small hotel in a small town it is a good stay. The rooms are always clean. The clientele is always decent, mainly families or construction/utility workers. Never had a problem there. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of food options near by too.

My kids had a blast they said the breakfast was ok... uaually its been better ... at other locations. The beds are horrible.. i think over all they need new mattresses or something..
