Drove 7 hours in the rain for a track meet. Arrived to a dark, locked office. Called the after hours phone and was forced to leave a message. Called three more times and left three more messages. I even called the main line. Nothing. It is now 11:30 at night. I called Expedia who also tried to get a hold of the night manager with no avail. I was forced to take my child and I to another hotel. Just hoping that they'll refund me my money. It's now 12: 54 pm the next day and I still have not received a phone call back from the hotel.

Great location and lovely neighbourhood. Did not like the noise in the early morning from the second floor. There should be a notice to people with kids who stay on the second floor - Not to run back and forth on the balcony in the early morning!! Also, the hot tub needs a good clean! Other than that we enjoyed our stay :)

The room was quaint and met the needs of our family, but the overpowering smell of rats really set the tone for the room. It was impossible to get past the strong scent, it would have been enjoyable without it. Watch out for the last cottage, room 414 - gross!

The 2 bedroom cottage was worn out. Beds were so uncomfortable sleeping was pretty impossible. Lopsided and hard a s rocks. The floor was leaning oddly to the middle. I won't book this again. However The upstairs rooms that allow dogs are amazing!! The staff is the best! The grounds are well maintained and clean. We've stayed here for years, met family here and have always loved it. The location is nice and quiet.

Staff was nice, room was outdated and small. It was cute and nice for a night. Ac was broken, deadbolt for the door was put on wrong so it didn’t work, shower light had dead bugs all inside it, shower was tiny, beds were fine a bit creaky. It wasn’t bad at all for me and my boyfriend but for a family or party of more than 2 or if you’re staying more than a night I wouldn’t recommend it too much
