Best Western The Inn & Suites Pacific Grove

Loved the separate bedrooms in family rooms!

Older hotel and not a traditional hotel room, more like an apartment (at least what we stayed in). Lots of space in our suite, great for the family. Walking distance to the beach and really close to the aquarium. Breakfast was a step above a continental, one option of protein on one day but that was it. Otherwise its muffins and toast. Would stay again.

Enjoyed the stay, rooms were clean and lived the setup! Perfect for families. Restaurants are just a short drive and area is beautiful and quiet. Definitely would stay again

9 minute nature walk to pismo beach, 15 minute walk to butterfly preserve. Very safe and walkable. We were right above the breakfast room and heard nothing. Big lovely room with large balcony. Great breakfast. Egg mcmuffin, blueberry waffles with homemade looking strawberry and blueberry compotes among other goodies. A family of 4 saved over $60 on that alone.( area is very expensive. $20 for a 1 person pizza for ex.) Would have been better to have the bigger bed in the room with the bathroom. Great value and wish we had more days here. Great for family with kids. Separate bedroom for adults and tvs in each room which you can't hear the other with the door closed. Lots of natural light and high ceilings. Didn't seem dated. Suggestions: dark wood mirror frame instead of weird beige in bathroom.

The room was clean and quiet. It was a convenient location to our family who live in pacific grove. Well probably use the hotel again

Our room was 82 degrees throughout the stay and they do not have air conditioning. We received a refund for 1 night because of the issue but the hotel ended up kicking us out a day early because they apparently double booked the room thinking we wanted to leave early since they refunded us for 1 days (we never told them we wanted to leave early). So basically we were never compensated for the day our were was too hot to even stay in, they just refunded us one night and kicked us out for the last night. They were supposed to help us find another hotel nearby that could take us in but they never called me back and we were forced to end our vacation a day early since we had no where to stay. Then on the last day, we went to get breakfast at 930, then when I came back to my room at 10 there were cleaners in there who took my babies milk out of the fridge, had it in a garbage bag and had moved our other stuff near the front door. Checkout was at 11 but I ended up having to leave the room at 10 since the cleaner continued cleaning even after I sat down to feed my daughter. I had a do not disturb sign on the door, there should have been no cleaner in our room until 11. Overall, horrible experience.

Decent hotel for family exploring Monterey and Pebble Beach. We were given a family room which had separate bedrooms for the kids and parents

Nice little hotel tucked in a quite neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping. EV charging in each garage. Simple breakfast. Offers suites that are great for family with teens. Would visit again.

We had a convenient family room consisting of two connected bedrooms. We had a nice kitchenette. The bathroom was old and the carpeting as well.
