Very beautiful place. Beautiful room. Great people working there. Worth every cent. Will go back soon. And have advised my adult children to stay there as well. The wife was very happy at this place. Its a great hotel.

This is my favorite place to stay in Monterrey. Very clean, comfortable, and inviting. Right on the ocean and slept like a baby to the sounds of the surf. Curled up on the window seat and sipped complementary tea and read a good book. Super relaxing.

I just want to say that the staff here have been extraordinary. I don't usually comment on hotels, but these people made us feel right at home. We had a challenge getting to the hotel because of a challenge with flight time/rental car and when we rolled in at 9a before a 10a wedding, the staff really had our backs! They helped us park, eat and change in time for for the wedding and made us feel like family.

Our stay in Spindrift was wonderful. Staff are very friendly and warm. I love the location which is walkable and convenient to restaurants, shops, Monterey Aquarium and the beach is just at the back of the hotel! Parking is valet with a fee. So, you need to grab all of your essentials before they park it for you. My family and I would definitely come back. Also, we love the wine and cheese time which was at 1600-18300. My daughter keeps coming back at the lobby for the cheese and crackers. lol.

My wife and I visited with our 16-mo daughter for our anniversary, to visit the aquarium, and enjoy the beaches and restaurants. This is the ideal hotel for all of this activities. The valet parking should be taken advantage and is a great convenience when traveling with little ones and all their gear. Awesome view of the bay from the room and welcome note and wine was a nice touch. In room continental breakfast made getting going in the morning a breeze. Loved the restaurant that provides room service for the hotel. Overall couldn’t have been happier.

We thought the hotel was amazing, but for 600 a night. The free breakfast was very lacking. I got 1 piece American cheese spilt in half per person, hard boil egg, and bread. You would think for 5 stars hotel at 600 a night. The breakfast would have been something more than oil based American cheese that I give to my kids for lunch.

We have fond memories of this property however this visit was disappointing. The staff did not seem kid friendly. We brought 2 of our young grandkids and the staff never greeted them, when we check out, they were not friendly and when valet brought me my car, I had 2 kids and all our bags. The valet didn’t even lift a finger to help me. My 7 year old granddaughter had to lift her own bag onto the vehicle. Ridiculous.
