La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madera

We have stayed here several times when visiting family and have enjoyed the experience each time.

There was an open sewer area in the bathroom by the toilet and roaches came up. I complained and the staff said they don’t have roaches and don’t get complaints. They kept refuting until I showed them a video. The staff told us we can just leave and they would refund us after driving 6.5 hours to see family for Thanksgiving if we didn’t like it there. They moved us rooms after I told them where am I going to go in the middle of the night, the day before Thanksgiving 6.5 hours from my home?? Brown water comes out of the bathtub and you have to wait for the water to run clear. The gym equipment is out of order. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work. There is homeless people all over. All near my vehicles and by every entrance except the front. It was very sketchy especially with my kids. I would never stay her again.

I booked this hotel for an overnight family trip to a relative's birthday party. The hotel was perfect. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent and filled us up until we got home. I would book this hotel again for another trip into town.

Old soiled carpet, skimpy miniature soap, no shampoo, drippy shower w/no water pressure, loud toilet flush, pool out of service. Very dated and overpriced. Cocktails and party goers at entrance to premises. Desk clerk invisible. Left my room card in jar upon departure. Small bag of chips $3.00. Needed the location for family visit, otherwise!!!!😏

Our trip was a family function in Madera , From the beginning of check in Olyvia was phenomenal, I drove in earlier than anticipated, my room was ready , but made sure the rest of the family was in the same floor. Her professional service was over the top . But her personal service was like no other made sure I was satisfied & made sure I understood all services available for my needs. She is a definitely a Jew to your organization.I’ve been in service & retail management for over 30 years & these type of employees are the ones that keep our business prosperous in these changing times .
