Hyatt Place LAX/Century Blvd

The Hyatt Place was extremely clean, and the customer service was excellent. While checking in, Alex at the front desk treated my partner and I to a complimentary upgrade on our room. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and our entire stay went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Stayed with small kids during transit, very clean and nice room, relaxing after a stressful flight, shuttle service was great and very convenient, stayed only for a few hours but ordered food from restaurant that was delicious. Very friendly staff.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing but positive! The hotel rooms are spacious and very clean. My family and I felt safe, and comfortable staying at this hotel, and we absolutely loved the convenience of how close it is to LAX airport. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel that was included with the price - and it was a delicious, warm breakfast with great variety!!! The staff was warm and welcoming, and provided us with excellent customer service throughout our stay. The convenience of having the hotel shuttle transport us to and from the airport was an added bonus! I cant see us staying anywhere else when we visit L.A again. This hotel is a gem!!!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience my family and I had during our recent stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by their exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff, which set the tone for a delightful visit. The hotel’s high-end ambiance and comfortable accommodations exceeded our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options each morning. Additionally, the convenience of their shuttle service to and from the airport was greatly appreciated and made our travel experience much smoother. Given the outstanding service and amenities, we will definitely choose Hyatt Place LAX Century for our future stays whenever we are in the area.

Was noisy, the rooms were ready but they waited for 3 pm to let the people to get the room , there were elderly people and family with young kids who were sitting in lobby.

Clean property. Hotel staff was so nice. Breakfast was good. We were in LA for our daughter’s graduation, we had family that came to visit us at the hotel. They brought beverages and we hung out in the lounge. They didn’t mind. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends to stay here as well.

Aside from toothpaste being unavailable, it was great for our family ❤️

Front entrance of the property was not accessible for bringing in luggages and dropping off family members because they had it locked gated. In addition to that lighting in the was very poor plus the bathtub was too high and the coffee machine was ancient.

Hotel is nicely designed, conveniently located to LAX (with shuttle bus) and breakfast buffet perfect for a long day of travel for a family of four.
