Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport

Every staff member has been kind, welcoming and has given excellent customer service. The pool is large and clean, rooms are updated, clean and very comfortable. I feel very safe with my children staying at this hotel. The airport shuttle has been extremely convenient and the drivers very nice. Great job to this location ! Thank you ! We will chose to return in the future!

Stayed for 1 night on a layover with onward travel to Japan! Hotel is minutes away from LAX, with a free shuttle bus service. We had a booked a room with 2 queens, and room did not disappoint. Pretty spacious travelling as a family of 4 (2 children aged 9 and 12) with adequate room. Would highly recommend this hotel while staying in the LAX area. Side note, 5 min walk down the street is a great pizza joint called zpizza which I highly recommend!

Close to airport. Very good shuttle to and fro from airport. Average breakfast. Overall great option for family stay.

This place is dirty. Food was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my family or friends.

Arriving late in the evening around 7:00 pm with my family trying to get something to eat at the lobby only to find out there is no service offered. Are you kidding me?

Overall the hotel was clean and perfect for catching an early flight out. Unfortunately, my kids were looking forward to swimming in the pool but it was so filthy they couldn’t. The pictures of the pool absolutely do not show the current condition.

Front staff and shuttle were excellent. I stayed here so my kids could use the pool, but it had issues. One of the umbrellas was pushed into the middle of the pool. The pool was not clean and the far end was full of leaves and algae. So we did not have the opportunity to use the pool as advertised. Pillows were made of plywood and the door to the bathroom had no lock and didn’t close fully (some type of external sliding door). I usually stay at Hyatts for their plush rooms and well kept amenities but this was not the case for this property.

Convenient hotel in case of LAX airport arrivals/departures. Clean and safe. Very expensive parking lot rates. Also we book this room with the understanding that kids under 17 had free breakfast and at that moment they told us it was under 5. Might be a misunderstanding but please be more clear in the advertising.

I had a decent stay at The Hyatt. It was nothing spectacular but it was convenient and the staff was as nice and accommodating as they could be. The hotel was very nice and seemed upscale for the most part. I did find the furniture in the room to be dirty and stained in some areas. My family including an infant stayed only one night to make catching an early flight at LAX more convenient. On arrival and departure for the hotel there were no carts available. We had a lot of stuff with two children under two so we really needed those carts. I cannot see how a large hotel like that only has a few carts. Mind boggling. Room service was not great. It would have been better to venture out and grab something to eat elsewhere. My dislikes would not deter me from staying there again. I definitely would stay there again. I would just know what I’m getting in to next time. Overall I found the location to the airport and complimentary shuttle to be the best part of the stay.

The parking was horrible, their self parking was all the way in the back and you have to pay for it separately because it’s a third party parking building to force you to pay the valet which is $40 0 to 3 hours and $70 for overnight. I had to pay that because I couldn’t do the self parking due to my new born baby and heavy luggage l. The desk service was not kind and they room windows was completely closed so you don’t open it so no ventilation at all. They charge you for an airport view and it’s real Not it’s only the parking building which you can’t see nothing. Over priced only because of the name!
