Hotel is beautiful and staff was extremely nice. Only complaint was the rooms are very small and only 1 chair and a small table. Not the best place to stay with kids but overall we had a great stay. The views are great!

Horrible service, disgusting staff. Not worth staying they’ll completely ruin your vacation with their attitude. Extremely unprofessional. Not child friendly at all! The rooms windows and balcony all share so in the morning I opened the curtain and people were eating breakfast right at my window since breakfast was served on the balcony. On the rooftop there’s a eating area and a pool-there we’re absolutely no signs, I gave my child a small snack and 2 staff members came running at me moments later asking me if I purchased the snack from the hotel, since I did not my child wasn’t aloud to eat it there. they told us to only eat in our room. (It was not a messy snack there were absolutely no crumbs) A total waste of money. My experience wouldn’t have been this horrible if the staff were even slightly pleasant.

It was a really bad experience from start to finish. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and called the hotel to ask for an upgrade to our room for the Hollywood city view. They agreed to do the changes and told us it will cost extra which we were totally ok with. When we arrived to the hotel the front desk was extremely rude & unwelcoming. We checked in and went up to our room and we were shocked with all the construction work around us. They were remodeling and gave us the worst room ever. We were surrounded by construction work and we had to do a detour walk to get to our room because the other ways were closed due to the work they were doing. When we finally got to our room, we realized it’s not the city view. We were on the 3rd floor facing an empty abandon parking lot. So I called the front office and told them I called and upgraded my room to the Hollywood city view and the one we got is definitely not that. Instead of apologizing for their mistake the front office told me they did not upgrade my room and there were no rooms available to upgrade atm. I thought that was BS bc the person I spoke to an hour ago said they upgraded my room to the Hollywood suit. They insisted there were no more rooms available and refused to upgrade our room. It was really bad service and horrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We went up to the rooftop bar & waited 30 min to order!

Very nice hotel, but we didn’t get the room we booked due to a “party” on the rooftop. No refound for that. A private party was held at the rooftop so we couldn't bring the kids due to age limit.
We was mooved around between rooms due to noice.

Upon arrival the check in was effortless. My biggest complaint was on Saturday I walked into the lobby and saw a sign that said the pool was hosting an event and all hotel staff needed to obtain a wristband. We proceeded to the front desk where we were all given wristbands including my three kids. One staff member was nice enough to say “be careful upstairs since you have the little ones because there will be people drinking”. Once we got to the rooftop pool, security stopped us and said the event was 21 and over and the kids would only have 30 minutes to be in the water. At this point I’m just annoyed. But they tell us that we can go to Dream hotel which is nearby and walking distance and they will allow us to use that pool. So I walked a few blocks down with three kids only to arrive at Dream hotel and be informed that they were also hosting a 21 and over event. The dream staff then said we could go to another hotel nearby to use the pool but informed me that they weren’t sure if there was an event there. I feel much of this could’ve been avoided if the staff told us from the beginning about the event and we could’ve arrived to the pool sooner AND if they would’ve communicated with the other properties prior to having us walking around hunting for a pool. Also, why place a wristband on the kids, if they weren’t able to attend the event from the beginning. Not the most family friendly property. I will not be staying here with my family ever again.

Good for partiers, not good for families.
We were on the top floor, and there are parties in the rooftop lounge Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night. Not a good opportunity to get sleep. Another night, our neighbors woke us up at 3am singing karaoke. Someone charged two room service beers to our room.
The rooms themselves were modern and nice. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, even the TV was nice. I wasn't a fan of the waterfall shower but everything worked and water was warm. The glass exterior walls meant there wasn't a lot of room to hang towels or clothes.
Calling a taxi was easy, and the hotel was close to multiple bus stops. It is kind of a far walk (a mile) to the Hollywood tourist spots.
The immediate neighborhood has its ups and downs. There are good places to eat nearby - banh mi, tacos, breakfast - but the sidewalks are dingy and dirty.

Pro's about this hotel is it was close to Hollywood and tourist areas. Another pro is the bed was really comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily so it was nice to come back and bed was made and cleaned. Also, the whole place is very new and modern. Heated Pool and bar on roof.
Con's- rooms are small. Not much space to spread out. Bathrooms are not as sound proof as i would have liked. They only offer Valet parking and its additional cost. We just parked in the parking lot behind the hotel and paid 20 a day so we didnt get charged for it. Also while we were there, they had a DJ or event pretty much every night there and you could here the music from the roof and we were on the fourth floor. It woke me up a few times. They do offer ear plugs and eye mask. Lastly, we could hear clearly people in the hallway talking. The door not very soundproof. It was annoying when you triying to sleep and hear poeple. Our family nevef tried the food there since i knew it wasnt something they would have liked and it was a bit pricey. We ate out a lot or ordered out.

Me and my family had a wonderful experience!!! Our only dislike was the lack of storage for clothes. Once again, not a “deal breaker” but it would have so much easier to have navigated our rooms. We’ll definitely be back!!
