This modern, clean, one block away from Hollywood Walk of Fame hotel deserves a 10/10 rating! My family stayed here for 3 nights and the experience was excellent and very pleasant. Front desk staff Louie and Richard went above and beyond their call of duty to help us! Also received daily text messages from hotel reassuring everything was ok. Made me feel the hotel cared about our stay and want us to be happy staying here. Staff in the bar and restaurant also extremely friendly. In addition, the room was spacious, clean and in excellent condition, so was the bathroom. Rooftop swimming pool and terrace on 5th floor look beautiful! Definitely will stay here again at our next LA trip!

Great amazing stay, if you’re coming with your family I strongly suggest that you request one of the rooms on the 5th floor with the patio toward the pool. Makes it a breeze for the kids to go back and forth to the pool and yet they’re still some privacy. Loved everything from the property but asking $60 a night for parking is ridiculous.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is near the highway so getting downtown to a Dodgers game or to Burbank for Universal or Water Brothers Studio tours was close. We also did a walk along the Walk of Fame and caught a movie at the Chinese Theatre. The valet was always quick and efficient, My only complaint was the lack of towels for a family of four in the room. I had to keep calling the front desk to ask for more towels. which they would deliver fairly promptly. I would say here again. The outdoor deck and pool was a nice respite from the heat

We booked this hotel based on location and previous ratings. We wanted to be close to the walk of fame and Hollywood Blvd and other Hollywood attractions. Let me start out by saying we really liked the hotel and the location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very responsive and helpful. We also really liked having a place to get dinner right on site. We arrived a little late and we were still able to get some dinner. We originally booked a two queen room but when we checked in they said there was an issue with our room and that they switched us to a King suite with a pullout couch. When we got into the room the pullout couch was broken. Because of that they offered to bring up two rollaway beds. In my mind I thought they were going to be cheap cots but they were actual rolling beds. My kids said that they were the most comfortable beds they had our whole vacation. So negative turned into a positive The suite we got was very new and looked like it had been newly refreshed. King bed was comfortable as well. The only negative was how expensive the valet was to park each day. But valet and staff were really nice. Like most places in LA area there was a homeless encampment close by. We walked to breakfast the first day we were there without issue though. All in all a great stay.

Everything was nice. We loved the services and the amenities. Free wine during social hour and welcome drink with sparkling champagne as super. I recommend increasing daily available credit limit for families with a child (or more). $15 is nothing for families to be honest. Also, I think for a simple ordering for any in room service like to order food/toothpaste and toothbrush or to even ask for bringing the vehicle on the porch, it took me at least 10 phone calls. If you could improve upon the promptness of answering the phone calls, that will make the guests very happy. Overall, me and my family were very pleased with the stay and would love to come back someday again! Cheers! Sid

We loved our stay at this location. If you’re here to see Hollywood and be Close to it all this is a great spot. I requested adjoining rooms with a Hollywood sign view. We got very comfy rooms with a spectacular view of the sign. 8th floor 804 and 806, a king room and a 2 queen bed room. Was the perfect size for our family of 5. We were a 10 minute drive to The trail that leads to the Griffin Observatory. Highly recommend that hike if you have time.

Our experience was very average all around. However, I must warn everyone that the area around the hotel is dirty. There are a couple of tents on the sidewalks close to the hotel that were occupied by the homeless. I visited with my wife and our toddler and we had to step off the sidewalk to avoid urine and other filth. The stench is bad in some areas. Very unsafe and unsanitary. We will not be returning to that hotel. LA is being overrun by the homeless. This is sad on all levels because LA is a beautiful city. We had to abort our stroll along the Walk of Fame due to the stench and filth. So sad all around.

The hotel was ok, they put me on the 5th floor and there was always loud music till around 11pm wich with a 3years old its not pleasant/ideal. The location is probably in one of the worst part of hollywood, if you walk left you find on both side tends of people living there same if you walk dow towards the walk of fame... or up towsrds the supermarket so yeah wouldn't stay here specially if you travelling with kids didnt felt safe around those streets. For the price I honestly expected a little more. The amenities of the hotel are good but those streets around are just not ideal.

The breakfast options are very limited for a family & even more limited if you need gluten free. The hotel itself is nice but isn’t in the best part of town and there are homeless people surrounding the property which doesn’t make it feel too safe Pro’s short Uber to Universal & has a pool
