Hotel is pretty good, felt safe, but there were some things that could be improved. The breakfast was not great with simple things like oatmeal being too runny. Staff service was excellent with everyone very friendly and informed. We had a loud family in room above us for 2 nights which was not great but we ought to have moved rooms. Price point is good for this location.

Bathroom is dirty, particularly the tub. Street and surrounding streets are not safe for walking around (Not with young kids - felt very unsafe). Room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 3:05pm. Nothing around here.

$40/day Valet parking only when it says parking available is akin to a bait and switch scheme. The pool was definitely not heated, the door to come back in from the pool wouldn’t work since the motion sensor wouldn’t sense you until you practically touched it. The kids, being shorter couldn’t reach high enough to be sensed and they kept getting stuck trying to come back into the building. If there was an emergency, they wouldn’t have been able to come and get help. The outside pool area is never cleaned because our feet were black from walking on it for 20 min. Also, ice machine didn’t work. The hotel itself was fine inside and the staff were friendly. The details made a big difference on the overall experience.

We were only there for one night. The room was very clean. I was a bit concerned having booked this online, however, I was totally pleased with the room and the hotel in general. The lobby employees were very nice. The parking I feel is expensive. I could not afford to stay multiple nights at $40/day Valet parking. Valet parking is nice but it basically adds on to the cost of the room per night plus tax added to the parking as well. Not the best deal for a family on a budget. Overall, I would stay again but I would first check out other hotels in the area to see what options are available Price wise and parking accommodations and comparable to what your Hotel has to offer.

The hotel is very clean, staff is amazing and very pleasant, swimming pool was gd as well, kids enjoyed a lot. Breakfast was great too. Only the area around is a bit unpleasant but dint have any issues. Very close to hollywood walk of fame, restaurants are nearby. The stay was very pleasant with the hotel.

The hotel was clean and staff were very helpful! It would have been nice if breakfast was served at 6am since we had early tickets to universal studios. Also kid friendly eggs and potatoes. Also, I wasn’t sure if there was a fitness room but still like Hamptons. Thank you

Traveling with kids. We checked in late and had a broken pull out couch in the room. Instead of trying to help us we were offered to check out free of charge in the middle of the night. Stating they had no other rooms. We were very stressed. After about half an hour of back and forth they magically found another room which we had to move out from next day. The area around did not look safe. Lots of homeless in the streets

The hotel is close to the tourist area. We used the sightseeing bus which has a nearby stop (always check distances before you go anywhere) We had young kids that enjoyed the pool in the hot days (pool is open until 10pm) and the staff is friendly. Lots of homeless people around but I think that is LA not just this area.
