Very bad , long long wait… the worst service I have experienced. I would not recommend at all and specially people with kids.

I would like to come back to the exact hotel from the front desk workers. Betti, was an exceptional individual to have me feel as if I were part of her own family with my stay. The hospitality and insight she gave about Los Angeles was fantastic and I’m looking forward to my next trip
