The Westin Long Beach

They protested from 7am to 3am on 4th of July. Worse vacation of my life. They beat drums, blew horns and yelled on megaphones all day. My kids wanted to go home after the first day. No one showed up to clean our room. After the 3rd day we had to call to get clean towels and the room clean.

Keshia was very nice and check in and helpful explaining where to park and amenities on site. I do t think I have ever slept so good in a hotel room! The bed was SO comfortable!! I want to take it home! I slept like a baby! The gym was great! Just enough equipment .

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your esteemed Westin Hotel. As a loyal customer, I have always had excellent experiences in the past, which is why I was particularly saddened by the events during my most recent visit. Upon arrival, my family and I were excited to enjoy our stay in your hotel. However, we were met with an unfortunate situation regarding the cleanliness of our room's bathtub. Despite someone's efforts to clean it, the tub remained unsatisfactory. To add to our dismay, when we turned on the water, it was disheartening to witness dirty water coming out. Considering that we were accompanied by our four-year-old kids, the situation became even more challenging. We patiently waited until 11 pm in the hopes of being moved to a more suitable room. This unexpected inconvenience not only disrupted our plans but also tarnished the overall experience we had anticipated. Being a devoted customer of Westin, I have always held the brand in high regard due to the exceptional service and quality you provide. However, this recent incident has left me quite upset and dissatisfied. I believe that such issues should not occur in a hotel of your caliber, and I genuinely hope that you take my feedback seriously.

there is no review to leave, my check in was terrible. Thanks to the manager that helped me get in to a room to rest after 8 hr drive but he did have me go all over long beach for 2 hours before. I was mis informed by a staff member and myself and my two kids had to suffer the consequences. overall the location is nice but staff is not friendly

The front desk has some trouble accepting that I was traveling without my husband whom booked the place for me and my kids.

My family and I enjoyed our visit. The room was really nice. We like the self service store and the availability of the ATM. Thanks

from Los Angeles area lived in Long Beach over 20 years like to come every now then with the family by the beach and just relax it's a lot of restaurants just the whole long Beach area
