Hyatt Centric The Pike Long Beach

Conveniently located. Very clean. Room was a bit small for family of 4 but honestly how often are you in the room!? A few more outlets would have been nice for charging and whatnots but would stay again for sure!

My family and I had a great time. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The roof top pool is so much fun. We will definitely be back

PROS: Had a great experience from the moment we arrived! We had 2 car seats, 1 stroller, 2 backpacks and 1 large suitcase. Andre, the doorman immediately came out with a trolley and helped us load it up while we wwre trying to get the kids sorted and as we were checking in he stayed close by to hear what room we were in so he can walk a head and took our luggage up. Once we got up to our room, Tracy had just finished preparing it (checked in at 10am) and offered us extra towels. She had also over heard us noticing we needed to request a crib and she took it upon herself to have one sent up. Wonderful genuinely friendly service. The room and bathroom were spacious. Right beside an outlet centre, 5 min walk from the aquarium, 15min walk from Vons, clean safe area. CONS: lighting in the room was a bit dim for such a spacious room, the constant loud revving from cars. Summary: would stay here again!

Very family oriented

The family and i had an amazing time. Customer service is 5 stars. We were greeted with a very warm welcome soon as we walked in the Centric. Mr. Trujeque, checked us in and was able to upgrade my party to executive suites! When i return, i will definitely stay at this location again.

There is a lot to list for this place but i can sum up my experience that it was truly amazing and we enjoyed our stay at Hyatt the Pike. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and it's location was in the center of the shopping outlet so that made it very easy to walk and discover the area more. Also being away like 10 min. Walk from the aquarium was a huge plus. This area is stunning and relaxing especially and night. Their pool up in the roof was clean and warm. I personally loved having a quick night swim while overlooking the nice lights of the surroundings. My only con was the wifi. We could not connect to the wifi during our stay because of a technical issues and an engineer will have to come and fix it. We didn't really have time to fix that issue as we were not staying that long. Otherwise my family and I enjoyed our time there and will definitely love to come back.

Amazing rooms. This is the first hotel to offer a king and queen bed. For a family of 5 that is perfect. Plus the room was right next to the outlets and 5 min away from carnival cruise. Stay longer at the hotel before racing off to your cruise. I love this hotel. The coffe shop is amazing. Go see the city.

Was a great location for out state people good area for kids

The hotel was perfectly located to our walk to the aquarium and the harbor. The hotel was clean, well appointed, and the pool was fun for the family.

Great hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. Only thing we didn't like is that the room felt small even though we had the King Deluxe room and the fact that the bathroom doors were sliding doors without locks didn't work so well with the kids. Other than that it's a nice hotel. We also liked the water self filling station in the lobby.
