Staff was not good and friendly with the customer cero customer service. I am part of Marriott family and they didn’t accept my number once at property and didn’t allowed me to put on stay. Cero interest in helping guests.

My family and I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of our event. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Great front desk staff welcomed me and my family. He was able to accommodate all 3 rooms on the same floor so we were able to check in on time. He even upgraded 1 of the room with the view of the Marina. He was able to give us directions where to go around Long Beach. Thank you Marriott Courtyard at Long Beach for welcoming us before we board our cruise. We appreciate it.

I really enjoyed the proximity of this hotel to the beach access road and the variety of restaurants in the area. I do wish they had a complimentary breakfast, even if it was just a basic bagel, fruit and coffee bar. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. We would definitely return and recommend to our family and friends.

We had an enjoyable stay there in Long Beach, the courtyard Marriott was in a great location close to shop and restaurants as well as beach activities. I would Recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
