Hyatt Place Sacramento Roseville

Perfect place to stay in the greater Sacramento area. Truly kind staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean pool and clean rooms. Our kiddo is starting Sac State in the fall and this will be our go to spot for visits.

Hyatt is always our place to go anywhere in the US but this particular one, I am no too happy. The place is clean no problem but the room that was given to us is for disabled guest but the bed is really high that I was afraid my children will fall out. The sink was outside the bathroom and has an open closet. Queen bed was there instead of King that’s why my husband has to sleep in the couch. Not too many breakfast choices and limited seating area. Guests and staffs are really nice tho.

my brother lives in Rocklin and we’ve had a hard time finding nice places to stay. this hotel is so perfect for a family with two queen beds and full sofa and outdoor patio downstairs to take in the warm evenings. and the staff went above and beyond for everything, even finding me gluten free waffles at breakfast time! very happy with this Hyatt and will def stay here again when in town.

The Hyatt Place was fantastic! Seriously, clean, friendly staff, accommodating, comfortable, great breakfast, good location. This was the best hotel stay we have had in the past few years. We would absolutely recommend staying there. Complimentary apples, newspaper, ice cold water in the lobby. A coffee bar available. We were in town for a funeral and hung out in the lobby with family for hours. Pool and hot tub actually work! (I hate booking a hotel that advertises a pool/spa and then tell you when you check-in that it's closed for repairs, etc.) Beds were very comfortable and the room was nicely laid out and clean.

We come every year to roseville to see our family I chose this hotel again cuz we had a memorable first stay with the coffee and fire pit near pool area we rise early because of time change and we we’re looking forward to that again and the fire pit wasn’t working and the staff didn’t know how to make a Starbucks coffee so the reason I chose hotel was what we didn’t have ..our stay was split this time and our second room had a mildew smell when we walked in and we as there each time it was very nice how house cleaning was very accommodating with plenty of towels and tidy up when we were out for day it also seemed very expensive this time around and for that much the beds could have been a little more comfortable

Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff wasn't overly friendly but efficient. Breakfast wasnt friendly in the least bit. When you asked about item that needed to be replenished she didnt acknowledge you and acted very annoyed. Pool area was great for kids. Overall i would recommend this hotel.

Great location. Always friendly staff. We come 2 to 2 times a year. Good for kids.

This was our second stay here. Again, it was very nice. This time we had very loud neighbors with kids kicking the wall and slamming into it. Just wish people had more common curtesy. Would stay here again.
