Oxford Suites Lancaster

We like this property for its proximity to family we are visiting when in the area. I love the breakfast, cooked to order and the evening manager's reception. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of our room this time, mostly because the carpet was over-soaked from a recent cleaning. However, when I reported the issue, it was promptly dealt with.

We have stayed here in the past visiting family and it was nice. We decided to come back after staying in 2 other hotels for security reasons (I know everything about the crime in Lancaster, since it was my job). I was not surprised that this area is still a place to roll the dice for vehicle burglaries and sketchy people hanging around. I made sure I parked my vehicle close to the front door. The room was old although it was clean. There was a lot of noise in the hallways. Everything went well until I was walking my service K9 through the lobby when a woman was coming down the hall with 2 dogs, a loose one and a pit bull on a leash pulling the woman towards my K9. I had to move fast to avoid an altercation. The staff was concerned for our safety and they did reprimand the lady for having a loose dog and vicious dog in the hotel. Other then that it went as I expected. You get what you pay for trying to save money. I am doubtful I will return.

Check in was a breeze and Lola at the front desk was lovely and so helpful! Reserved the room for my brother and sister in law who came in for the Thanksgiving holiday and they accommodated all their needs and preferences. I love this hotel! It is always clean and comfortable and enjoyable and the beds and rooms are comfortable! I always book here for family that comes out and even when I want a getaway night or to use the pool in the hot months. I have never been disappointed. Price and comfort are always on point here!

The staff was phenomenal having to deal with a very full hotel during a softball tournament weekend. Lots of families, lots of kids meant the front desk, breakfast area and bar had tons of traffic. The staff continued to be friendly and helpful. The were great!!

The services my family and I received was amazing. The front desk people were friendly and very accommodating. The kitchen staff greeted everyone with a smile and the food was delicious. Overall I was impressed with my entire stay. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area.

The property was clean, But the furniture in RM 457 (couch) was ripped on thr arm and front . I had to cover it with a blanket so my family wouldn't see it when they dropped by to visit me.. It was an eyesore. Other then that,I enjoyed my stay. I'd stay again. The staff was very friendly and accomidatiing . The breakfast was delicious!!

It was a good place to stay at if your a heavy sleeper. But it was quite noise for me. But my kids and husband enjoyed themselves.

Perfectly located for use during a California road trip. It's a good, clean hotel, awesome and friendly staff, only gripe is their pool was (almost digustingly) dirty... The kiddo loved it anyways.

The property is immediately next to the freeway and our room face to the freeway so of course it was too loud to open the window. But the room was smelly like it had had a smoker. We ran the air conditioning all the time, so it was OK. There was free appetizers and drinks each day in the afternoon and free breakfast in the morning so that was great. They really cooked up whatever you wanted. And the pool was clean and popular with the kids. They really need to get the stairwell cleaned. It’s outdoors and just filthy. But overall, we were satisfied for the low price we got.

Been here a few times with my family and its always clean, the staff is very friendly and the complimentary breakfast buffet is great! The beds are comfy and they give you plenty of pillows. I Definitely recommend, you wont be disappointed!
