There were soap wrappers in the shower, someones dirty socks under the chair, the AC and the Refrigerator were not cold, the room was kind of run down and the shower and sink faucet sinks both leaked all night. People on the balcony out side were loud and kids a floor above up ran around all morning statting very early. No protein choices for breakfast. The bed was comfy. Front staff was friendlier in the AM than in the PM

Me and my husband stayed here while we were in hanford visiting family and we loved the rooms and cleanliness of everything and the staff was great as well and helped with a smooth and fast check in / check out

Good hotel and friendly staff. The location is spot on eoth shopping and food. The only issues we had were the key didn't work for the pool gate and we had to walk around the front from the pool becasue they turn off the side doors from entry after 8pm (isnt that why we have a key card?). We also had a cleanish room, I just dont understand why hotel rooms never dust their pictures, lampshades, or the top of the showers where the wall meets the shower, just small cleaning issues that should be addressed every few days but obviously hasnet been done in months. Our friends room was dirty, she said the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned (she said scrubbed) but she didnt tell me what else was gross, but she has children who were tired, so she wasn't gana move the luggage back out to the car or another room and wait for cleaners to do their job correctly so she just cleaned it herself.

I would come back again , no problems or annoyances . Nice , comfortable and quiet . A lot of food options and retail across the street . Secluded from foot traffic and residential so don’t have to worry about people lurking around the parking lot . Only thing negative was that I found a baby spider in the sheet .

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. We are visiting a family member who's staying in the hospital, and we've had to continue our stay longer than anticipated. What started as a two-day stay, ended up much longer. The staff, who are AMAZING, helped us to reserve additional times, and we were able to keep our room. Breakfast hit the spot too.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are recently renovated and look very nice and modern. Lobby and breakfast area are newly renovated and nice. The air conditioning worked great in common areas but unfortunately we were on the third floor during a heat wave and our floor a/c was not functioning well. We had it set all the way to 60 and it ran 24/7 and the air blowing was barely cool. We had to sleep with windows open and the heard cars racing outside on the street all night. The plunging also has not been updated and our water temperature was set opposite of the labels which was a little scary since we had our baby and 4 year old with us. Ultimately we enjoyed staying as it was very clean and cosmetically new and again the staff were amazing. Just hope they plan to replace the old floor ac/heaters and maybe update/repair some of the faucet plumbing/settings.
