Gave me a room up stairs with a handicap child wheel chair bound .. I had to leave a few hours later with the thought of some thing happening an emergency I wouldn’t be able to take some down stairs.. They would not give me a refund …

Our stay was great; everyone was super friendly and helpful. There is always someone available at the front desk and a great attitude. My kids love staying here for their delicious breakfast and cleanliness. They make our stay a pleasure, relaxing and stress-free.

My family and I will definitely be back to this location. The rooms are bigger than other hotels we stayed at. The breakfast bar was also amazing! Thank you for the hospitality

We have stayed at this property for many times in the last 2 years due to family in the area. It has progressively got worse, especially the pet urine stains on the carpet. Breakfast is awful, still packaged items, not hot, lukewarm coffee and limited choices. Room did not smell clean and outside landscape is in a very sharp decline.staff is not very welcoming . We will not be staying here any longer. We would rather drive 20 mins to Visalia out of our way for cleaner amenities and better service. Not what you expect paying over $200 a night and a $75 pet deposit. Very disappointing

Check in was quick Our rooms where clean. We had options for breakfast. And location was a big plus. Me and my family love staying at that hotel every time we visit our family in Handford.

When I walked in the room felt fresh and smelled amazing! I love how spacious it is! With a big family it helped to have a big bathroom, sink, fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils plates bowls and cups as well!! As a mom it helped me out a lot! Bolsa are súper confortable as well! The kids loved breakfast in the morning and enjoyed the Pool !
