I always like staying here because it’s right in the middle of all of the spots in the Redwoods I like to visit. The stay was comfortable as always, the breakfast in the morning is a really great value add and the staff were all very kind and accommodating. My only complaint is that we asked for a rollaway and we might as well have had my sister sleep on the floor. It was the worst most flimsy uncomfortable bed ever. Maybe just replace those matresses? Otherwise the hotel is an overall good pick and I’d definitely come back again and recommend it to friend and family. Just don’t ask for a rollaway lol

Wasn’t made aware that the restaurant AND casino weren’t open. After 10 hours in the car we as a family hoped to have an easy dinner at the hotel/casino. The only thing open was a bar that my children couldn’t enter. Hotel was quiet however which was nice.

I have four kids. I book hotels based on whether or not they have a pool and if it is indoor or not and am willing to spend a little extra on the stay because of it. If you are not going give access to the pool during our stay then you shouldn't advertise it. We got to our hotel and my kids were all excited to swim and then we were told it was has been closed ever since Covid started which was 2 years ago! I understand sometimes having to clean the water and maintaining the pool for a couple days, but you can definitely spend the time to take a pool off of your advertising if it has been closed for 2 years!

Honestly, it was perfect for doing the redwoods with 4 kids 5-14 in age. We had 2 queens and a sofa pullout and the breakfast included helped too. Nice and central for the redwoods as well.

We loved the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. From the kind front desk professionals who were lovely to our kids to the wonderful housekeeping staff who sent back our kid's lost stuffed animal at no charge, the staff is really exceptional.

Staff was friendly and helpful and continental breakfast was a plus. We did however experience some frustrating moments. Our key to the room stopped working twice. the hotel lost power for a moment many times, there is a casino/restaurant but the casino was closed off and the restaurant had very limited staff and seem unorganized. Another family let us know they were stuck in the elevator during theses power serges.

I am a disabled person. In spite of my personal phone calls to the hotel, I was given a room far away from the elevator and away from other family members. The person checking us in was very unhelpful and unfriendly.

Very new and clean feeing. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool hours could be extended for kids, as they’re the only ones who used it! Would be nice if they had a hot tub.

The property itself was fine, it's a Holiday Inn so I don't expect much but the surrounding area had NO options for food after 7:00! No good for families who have been traveling all day. :)

Originally booked the trip for just my husband and I, but ended up brining the kids. At check out they noticed we had the kids and without us even asking had an extra bed sent up to the room. Everything was very clean and the bed was actually comfortable. The bar & grill across the street was the only option for food, but despite the sketchy looks of the place the burgers were AMAZING and the drinks were cheap. Highly recommend the hotel and the bar & grill.
