We were traveling home from vacation with our daughter and her family. We were tired and ready to rest. The desk clerk was quiet but helpful when we had questions. Our room was clean and very quiet. The only problem was the ac was not very cold and we had to turn it way down to be comfortable. But even that was minor. We would gladly stay there on our next trip east!

Well I can't say if it was good or not. Well we didn't get to stay. Grandbaby had to have emergency surgery. So, stayed at the hospital alright. Checkout time was in a few hours. So, the man at the deck said he would have gladly changed. But I had paid you all. But,it was my fault, I should have paid the security deposit.

Nice hotel. Not fancy, not bad, not poor. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast fine. Lovely swimming pool. One thing I noticed and did not like was the female manager speaking to house keeping as if they were children.

We rented 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were not clean or ready at check in. The bedding and beds were old and had holes in the blanket. They never serviced the room in five days. We had to get our on towels from service desk and the breakfast was horrible. I selected the hotel based on this site recommendation. I left a day early because the hotel was so bad and they refused to give me a refund for that day. The staff tried to accommodate my family but the manager was out and the employees wouldn’t do anything without him. The sink in my room didn’t work. The only thing good was free parking and the pool

Very nice place to stay. I traveled with family but also had to work. I needed the room layout to be a little more work accessible with a table and a comfortable chair for my spouse. Please consider this layout for work and family trips. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here our next trip to N. Little Rock, AR. Very nice, very clean. We also felt safe because it is next door to the Police Station!

Upon walking into our room it smelled musty. We noticed cracks in ceiling and just a overall sense the building was gettong amlittle rundown. After a bit of time trying to unwind from our drive that day we noticed one of the cracks was dripping water. Told the front desk staff and after they confirmed that we were in fact telling the truth they did move us to a different room--directly above the first room. The second room did smell better, but still seemed run down with cracks and whatnot in the ceiling and walls. Turns out that room ended up having a wet floor next to the a/c unit. Maybe that was the cause of our first room leaking?? Overall, not a great stay. My kid's feet were black after walking around the room with bare feet and breakfast was very subpar.
