DoubleTree by Hilton Little Rock

Check in took 30 minutes and we are sent to a room with one bed and stairs when we requested 2 queen beds. Our children had nowhere to sleep and the stairs and railing weren't safe for our toddler. We went back to the front desk to request the room we paid for and were told they didn't have our room available. The room was dirty and dated. The front desk staff was incompetent. The elevator was shaky and loud. There was also an unexpected $15 parking fee. We checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. There was a couple in line ahead of us checking out soon after checking in due to finding bed bugs in their room. Awful experience!

They 2 ladies help a lot awesome fix room for baby need milk refrigerator find room and man one on bus did help find our wife purse she forget they hold us I back hotel they give us they are really awesome hotel and helper everything I want to thank hotel to keep up and positive

We had fire alarm go off two nights in a tow onece at11pm and the next night was 2am! The stairwell smells like cat pee. Not an apology for us having to get up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep and our children had yo get up early for the tap festival all week

I usually do not leave reviews but felt compelled this time due to one staff member, Alon. Alon went far and beyond to assure my stay was great. She was very accommodating, as it related to the needs of my family. She even went as far as suggesting a place to dine for the evening. The place she recommended was great!!!!! More staff like Alon will continue to bring customers back to the Little Rock, AR location.

This hotel needs some major upkeep. The rooms are dingy and dated. Spots on carpet, toothpaste splatters on walls in the bathroom, furnishings are dinged up on all the corners. The phone in the room does not work. No bedding for fold out bed in the room. There is no valet, $15 to self park, no bellman or housekeeping to bring up extra bedding. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel experience but there it a sign for the valet, they just aren’t there. I do expect a working phone to call the front desk, I’d expect furnishings to at least be well kept. We listed in our booking 2 adults & 2 children so with one king bed and one fold out sofa bed I’d at least expect bedding for all guests. They should change the name to the single tree.

Our family stayed here during a road trip across country. Dominique at front desk was so kind, on point and helpful. Our room was perfect- stocked and clean. Our bed was super comfy, the black out curtains worked- and the balcony boasted a stunning view of the river. We dined in the restaurant attached to the hotel and loved the food, staff and ambiance. Parking is a breeze. Would highly recommend for professionals and families alike. We will be back!

The hotel was really outdated and the shower wasn’t even acceptable for over $600 per night. I couldn’t even stay there and had to stay with a family member for my short unexpected visit in Arkansas.

This hotel is located on the river walk and it’s absolutely perfect for traveling with kids! Lots of parks, splash pads the Discovery museum!
