Great stay, great staff. Only issue was there were kids yelling and running up and down the halls until 10pm with no parents in sight.

Advertised property details listed having a bar. There IS NO bar. I chose this spot so that guests in town for a wedding would be able to gather together and socialize at times at the bar. By the time we checked in, it would have been too inconvenient to try to change to a different hotel. I’m not sure if this was Expedia’s fault or the property’s fault. I will second guess the information listed from now on when I book through Expedia. In addition, there were children’s league games going on in the area. The hotel (and parents) apparently don’t care about kids running in the hallway and banging on doors.

Water in the pool was cold! And there were many unattended children in the pool that were rowdy and made it not a pleasant place to be with our young grandchildren.

Asked for top floor in a quiet area and was put on the second floor with a barking dog on one side and families with loud, young kids on the other side and across the hall. With a little planning, they could have put all of the adults with no pets or kids down at one side of the hall and the ones with kids and pets at the other end of the long hallway so that you could maintain separation between the two. Next time will stay at a hotel that Hilton is willing to put their name on as our experience with Hampton Inn is that it always falls a little short.
