La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Little Rock - West

The property was nice and kept up . The staff were friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. We planned to go swimming but the pool was flooded do to someone leaving the water on so they shut it down but other than that 9/10 only because we didn’t get to swim and we booked to take our baby swimming .

Hotel would be fine except that our bathroom REEKS of cigarette smoke. It took us awhile to figure out where the smell was coming from - we thought it was coming in from another room. Our only options were to deal or switch rooms. Since our kids were already asleep in bed (we got in late) and we were only staying one night, we decided to deal with it. We closed the bathroom door so the rest of the room would be better but it hits like a wall cloud when we have to walk into the bathroom. Area seems ok, beds are adequate. Walls are thin, as others have mentioned. Basic, but it works - EXCEPT for the horrid smell.

My husband said this is the best hire breakfast that we’ve ever had. The checkin clerk complained of being tired when we arrived. We were tired too at a 9 pm checkin with 2 small kids. The cleaning lady came into our room without knocking which seemed a little strange, but quickly left. There was randomly a wash cloth jammed into the top of the bathroom door frame so it would stay fully open. It was obviously dried while dirty. I think these are all just odd coincidences, and I would stay here again. So much of Little Rock is in dangerous areas and this felt safe.

The staff was very accomidating to me and my family! Anytime we had a request they were super quick with making sure our needs were met. The meals tasted wonderful along with the hospitality. Will definitely be staying here in the future!

Traveling on an extended trip to visit family and we’re staying exclusively at La Quinta hotels and I’m pleased to say, so far so good. This particular hotel had super friendly gal at check in and the best breakfast so far. They all serve pasteurized eggs and without proper preparation the eggs can be very bland. This morning the eggs and potatoes were very tasty.

First last month i booked a room with them it was fine.I live in Dallas i have to come to little rock to see one of my Drs every 3 months i had a heart and kidney transplant i still have Arkansas license because they dont expire til 2027 so they said they couldnt rent to locals i told them i live in Dallas and had proof of residency they were rude threw my license told me i couldnt call corporate cause they were a franchise but i got a room last time with no problem i hate the way i was treated and will let everyone know about this hotel social media and all you should not treat anyone like this and then she hung up in my face i will never use a Laquinta again and expedia should have this in they policy for people to know but still i dont live here anymore and plan to take farther actions.

Staff was fast and friendly. Went down second floor and carpet is nasty. Room felt clean. Could smell weed smoking all night. Woke up at 1:00 in the morning with laughing and screaming in back lot, looked out two couples were partying. A room had kids up and playing with mom loudly at 4:00 in the morning. Never got much sleep. Me and three other gentlemen had no hot water in showers.

Toilets are too short, they are kid size toilets.

A quick weekend trip, room and bed were comfortable. I think my room was above the pool, so I heard kids laughing and playing, but it didnt prevent me from doing anything. Friendly staff, and I like that there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Definitely my go-to hotel when in Little Rock!
