Wingate by Wyndham Little Rock

I picked this hotel bc I had stayed here before, 4 years ago. It looks like it has gone downhill considerably. My room was not clean in multiple places, mainly the bathroom and kitchenette. There was someone hotboxing right next to the pool, where children were present. There’s no question what it was as it was literally permeating the area with what was rolling out of the seams of the vehicle. have no issue with the use, but maybe in a more appropriate location would be advisable. As a single woman traveler, I didn’t feel very safe, so I barricaded myself into the room. Staff was friendly, no complaints there.

The Wingate at Wyndham was a good choice for us for our family reunion. The bed was comfortable, the included breakfasts were good (not great) and the staff were all very friendly and efficient overall. Gave it four stars because it's definitely not a luxury hotel, but the king-size bed was top quality. The air conditioner unit, while effective, was old-school style and very loud in its cycles. Still, when you weigh in the modest price, our four-night stay at the Wingate in Little Rock was a good choice: nice room, mostly quiet, easy parking, lovely pool area, good location relative to everything we needed, and helpful staff. We would stay there again with no hesitation.

We had to stay close by the AR Heart Hospital for a family member that was having a procedure there. It was a nice, clean place to lay our head down and close by to the hospital.

The lady at the check in was more interested in talking with whoever was on her ear pod, or maybe she was talking to herself. Who knows. When we got to the room, there was what looked like a plastic fork wrapper in the bathroom sink. Other than that, everything else was great. Great neighborhood, great property. The breakfast is what sold us on this hotel. We have 4 kids, 2 being 1 so we had to have an actual breakfast they could eat, not just granola bars and apples. And we were pleased. We’d stay here again.

The reviews are correct! Great Pool Really good breakfest but absolutely horrible customer service and our air conditioner did NOT well at all. While we did not ask for any services I witnessed the person at the desk be extremely rude and unprofessional to 2 different families. When one of the people walked away and I was just standing there she went on a 5 minute rant to herself or me maybe cussing and being so rude. Because the person had a complaint about extremely nasty conditions in the room (he had pictures ). This is the 3rd hotel I have stayed at in Little rock area in 6 weeks and I was not impressed.

Room was good,beds comfy but my mattress had a unreine smell.Could have been a kid wetting the bed the night before I got there?

It was very affordable and nice. My family and I always stay at this hotel when we come to Little Rock.

Very good location. The staff was friendly and the room was excellent. The beds were above average. I would recommend Wingate by Wyndham to friends and family!
