I took kids to pool and couldn’t figure out how splash pad worked. Ask front desk who said it was broken and there was white stuff floating on surface of water in pool. There were 4 of us in room and only 2 sets of towels. Went to get more and they only had one set since that’s all that was available. Then a/c wasn’t working in room and had to get a different room and there were no more handicapped rooms available had to get regular room. In morning there was no syrup available for waffles. I emailed manager and all she said is “It’s on our website about splash pad. If you leave I will refund you.” I told her I booked on Hotels.com and it doesn’t say so on there to which she replied I’ll have to change that. Terrible customer service and didn’t apologize for any inconvenience or offer a discount

I booked my stay for my family of 5. I only had 2 towels and no bedding for the pullout couch. Had to go to the front desk to get the stuff. Also beyond control of the company the people above us was stomping around until at least 2 a m.

We've been across the country on this trip, and this was by far the most comfortable bed I've slept in. However, there was a motorcycle convention or group that partied all night in the room next door and kept loudly revving their engines in the parking lot. All the rooms are non-smoking, but there's enough pot smoke in the hallways to give you a contact high. Breakfast was OK but the scrambled eggs were the worst I've ever tasted. Didn't get to test the pool, much to my kids' disappointment.

We stayed here on our way back. When searching for hotels, looking at amenities does draw you in, and seeing photos of a splash pad and a nice pool drew us to stay here. Room was excellent and hotel is clean, however, they advertized a heated pooland it was freezing. The water was coming out warm in the pool but still was freezing. Splash bad was not on. When you travel with kiddos, they look forward to this. We asked the front desk about the heated pool and they said they've been having heat issuea for weeks. Ok, well why not fix it..? The water is warm coming into the pool, maybe turn the heat up inside the pool room. It was a disappointment.

First of all the splash pad is completely broken and the pool is very very cold since the pool heater is broke. That was not advertised before booking this trip. I booked this trip so the kids would have something fun to do while the adults sat and watched while chatting. Secondly, every time we left our room we would walk all the way back to our room when we were done hanging out with family and all the way to the end of the hall on the 3rd floor and then have to go to the front desk EVERY TIME. Our room cards wouldn’t work. I am 7 months pregnant and this was the most inconvenient hotel stay I’ve ever had.

We were visiting family and chose this hotel to stay overnight. Clean, comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was yummy! Nice stay.

Swimming pool was not heated and the additional water sprayers were not working. This was the reason for my family to pick the hotel and make the stay.

I was highly disappointed when I booked the room I have four children with me (1 adult + 4 kids - it's how we roll). I booked a double queen with a hide-a-bed sofa (sleeps 6). I take the kids to swim and was told there are no extra towels for the pool... we compromised. When we unfolded the sofa bed, there were no sheets, blankets, no pillows... just a raw mattress. I went downstairs, asked for linens and was told "we have nothing extra. everything has been checked out." I asked "are you sure? why would you let me book a room with three beds, if there were no linens?" the response from the front desk worker was "probably because we have cheap owners." He was able to find a couple of flat sheets and there were only three towels in our room (for 5 people). no blankets, no pillows, no extra towels, the mattress on the sofa was stained and dirty so there was no way...very disappointing for the price paid for one night.

Safe and quiet location, and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room needed a little cleaning. We stepped on food crumbs from a prior person next to the bed, and the bathroom floor needed swept. The beds were really comfortable and the room was quiet. The fold out couch mattress sits at a weird angle, which can be tough to maneuver past if needing to use the rest room. Breakfast was okay. The kids loved the waffles but a lot of items were out. Overall, a decent stay

Location of the property was nice, check in was smooth for the most party, and the receptionist was great. The reason we booked this hotel was to was because of the indoor pool and splash area so our kids would be able to play for a little while. The pool was not very clean it had a skinny residue across the bottom and just looked kind of dingy. The only ladder on the deep end of the pool was broken and the splash pad was out of order which we were not told about until we arrived. When we got to our room I noticed our mattresses didn’t have plastic covers and when I went to tuck in the fitted sheet I notice I could smell urine. So I pulled back the sheets to check the mattress and they were both covered in pee. When we told the receptionist she informed us the manager was not in and the only thing she could do for us is place us in a different room and we agreed that would be fine. The next two rooms we checked were worse then the first, one even had used candy wrappers under the sheets. Do to no other facility having vacancy we just went back to the 1st room and asked for extra bedding. The shower also did not drain very well even with the plug removed.
