Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton West Little Rock

Very impressed. Staff is on it! Great stay for a family of 5!

This room was perfect for our stop on the way home for our family of 5 adults and one 3 year old. Both couples had a bed and the single young adult did as well. Clean, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, and price very good for our room.

Upon arrival I had to park in the rear of the building due to the resurfacing of the parking lot going on. I had to enter through the back door and walk the long hallway to reach the lobby to check in. I had recent surgery on one foot and stress fractures in the other leg, the long walk was a little difficult. The handicap bathroom in the room needs to be cleaned better and updated. The fold up seat in the tub had dirty used wash rags left on it, wasn’t noticeable until the seat was folded down. The caulking around the bottom of the toilet and around all the areas of the tub looked worn out and as if a child had applied it. The ironing board was very very small, had to place it on top of the cabinet / desk to iron. The 2 elevators were located at the very ends of the hallway and not in the middle as expected. There was a ice machine on the floor that worked, but no vending, I guess that they wanted you to buy their products from the lobby store. I got a cup of coffee from their 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby and found it to be cold. My advice to employees is to not be on your personal cell phone in view of your customers. I always stay at a Hampton when I travel, this one sure fell short of my expectations. One last note, the area is very busy and I would not recommend for walking. You definitely have to drive for shopping and dining.

My children and I absolutely LOVED the stay!!! The room was beautiful, breakfast was delicious! Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym!! Definitely recommend!!!

I stayed in a suite with my husband & children. The room was clean & nice. There was even a ceiling fan in the room which I thought was odd but we loved it. The only 2 things I didn’t like was the beds & pull out couch. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. And my son slept on the pull out couch. The sheets were stained with a pink liquid and we didn’t notice until the next morning seeing as how we got in about midnight after a long drive & we’re ready to sleep. So either someone did not check the bedding on the pull out couch or didn’t care that they were stained & put stained sheets on it anyway. Other than that, it was a decently quiet & clean hotel.

Rooms were clean, location was nice and easy to find, plus helpfully located by a Sbux and Panera! Breakfast was well stocked and the staff was great at keeping the area clean! The tubs were very slow draining during our showers. It was weird that shampoo and body wash was offered but not conditioner. The rooms were warm/muggy and took a long time to cool down but they did eventually cool down. The pool was nice but low/out of towels. We had to borrow little ones from the fitness center. Overall, we’d stay here again!

It was a good stay! At 1030pm kids running in the hall. Adults loud dog barking….

We should have received a notice the pool was shut down. The only reason we booked this hotel was for our kids to swim for Memorial Day weekend. When we arrived the pool had been out of service for several days and it was too late to find another hotel. I even checked the website 2 hours before check in to confirm the pool hours.

Property was very nice. I loved that i got a suite for basically the same orice as a regular room. That worked out really well for us. The things that kept me from giving this property 5 stars were dog hair on the floor which is not great when you have a toddler but we have pets so understood but maybe they didnt vacumm. Also when we woke up there was a roach on a pice of pizza that got left out which is super gross. Even with that i would stay at this property again. Beds were comfy & pool was great!

Great hotel, friendly staff, check in and out process was easy. The bed was really comfortable. The pillows not so much but they were adequate. My family really enjoyed the waffles
