Greeted warmly and taken good care of. Our pet even enjoyed his stayed! My kids loved the pool table which is way we stay at Tru a lot as we travel. Love this brand!

First I’d like to just say the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They had a pack n play we needed to use for out 1 year old and she brought it right up to our room. So my negative review is not about the staff. My negative review is because of the condition of the property. In our room on the 2nd floor, the floor was bowed inward to the center of the room. Our toddler kept falling because it was so uneven. Then I noticed the ceiling was also bowed so much that the light fixture was popping out because it wasn’t flat. So after I saw that I was definitely concerned about the actual structure of the building. Maybe it was just our room, but we won’t stay there again because of that.

Being from the area, I must say. This will be my place I come to whenever I come to visit family. It was perfect for me and not that expensive. SUPER friendly staff! Beautiful lobby and rooms. The only con, I wish microwaves were put in every room. But the one in the lobby is cool.
