First appearance was nice but close inspection revealed black stains in shower, worn out floors, rusted shower hardware, marks on walls, noisy guests with kids, and the “restaurant” food was extremely expensive for the portion and quality, which was cafeteria level or lower.

The hotel sits on the highway exit which attracts truck drivers and many other type of people. I felt unsafe in that atmosphere as a women traveling alone. The hotel was fair. Not for single women or families

The room was dusty and trash on the nightstand. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was two towels for a family of 4. Breakfast buffet did not look appealing, the eggs looked like they were swimming in butter. My kids said the muffins did not taste good. The only good thing was the beds were comfortable. It seems like the best option in the area.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. However, the room was disgusting. It was as if it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to put a towel on the floor to wipe our feet before getting in the bed because the floor was so gross. There was also hair in the sink and blood stains on the bed. I was traveling alone with kids and had been driving all day so I didn’t have the energy to request a room change once we had pulled all of our stuff out. The beds are also not very comfortable at all and since the hotel is located across the street from a casino, you hear people coming in and out of their rooms at all hours of the night.

I like that it had a restaurant that was open late, and the room was the correct side for my family to stay enjoy.

Our experience with this hotel was very negative! From the moment we arrived, the man at the front desk was condescending and unhelpful. They have a strange policy where you can't stay at their hotel if you live within a 40 mile radius (NO other hotel I have ever been to had this policy), and they go by the address on your license (they don't care if you recently moved and actually live much further). They made check-in an absolute nightmare and wasted so much of my time, as well as my partner's and my kids'. Furthermore, when we got to our room, our sheets had mysterious red and brown stains on them. We only noticed after we had settled in, and when I called the front desk for fresh sheets, they just told me there was no housekeeper at the moment...as if they could not just simply bring up some new sheets. I had to press the lady to actually bring them up for us. Needless to say, this was one of the worse hotel experiences we have had. We will not be returning.
