The hotel was nice. It was the smell inside pool area that was not good. We had our grandkids, who wanted to swim, so we let them for a little while, but it was hard.

Very nice and like new! Awesome breakfast and my kids loved the free hot chocolate in the lobby!! Nice and quiet location with plenty of parking. Room was super clean!

The hotel was fantastic. It was clean, new and well taken care of. The lobby was pleasant when we walked in. The front desk was ready to check us in with no wait. Every time we walked in or out the lady spoke to us. The pool was clean and the kids had fun swimming. The rooms were nice and the shower was clean and roomy. No mold or mildew in the corners. The beds were comfy. Sheets had a few tears in them but they were clean. The breakfast was great and they had bacon! There were several restaurants in walking distance and a nutrition place. We loved this place and will definitely stay again.

Checked in around 4:30pm, my wife and I and 3 kids got stuck in elevator on way to room. Fire dept had to be called. Shortly after arriving into room, power went out due to storm north of the area. At 10:30pm power still out, we were on 3rd floor and room as 80 degrees and no hot water. Emergency lighting was now out as well and hotel was completely dark and front desk had no flashlights. Asked front desk for update on power restoration and they said estimate was 10pm the following day. More storms were coming overnight, cell phones were dieing. Decided to check out and move to hotel 30 minutes away that had power. Front desk said we would need to talk to manager about refund. Called hotel couple days later and MGR said absolutely no refunds. "It was act of god and not her fault." She acknowledged her staff was sharing the power was not expected to be restored until the following day, but it was restored sooner than that therefor no refunds. I explained our concern was more tornados coming overnight and not being able to monitor tv/cell phones to know when to take cover. She said just listen for sirens. Staff would not be able to alert us. Not sure how this MGR is in the "hospitality" business.

We booked a Suite that could sleep the whole family (6 people), but the bedding for the sofa bed was not in the room or provided when we checked in- we had to go back down to the desk to get it later, after looking for it. Our room was not cleaned or restocked well: almost no paper towels in the kitchen area, TWO bath towels provided for FIVE people…again, more trips from the upper floor to the front desk. Didn’t get to eat breakfast - it started too late. The young lady at the front desk in the morning was very polite and helpful.

Great hotel for the family. Only complaint is that the pool is very small. My kids weren't able to swim much because of the number of guests in the pool. Surprising for such a hotel. But overall great place with a great free breakfast too.

I called the day before to see if my room will be ready early but it wasn’t. When we arrive the lady at the front desk with a bad wig on said it was nothing they can do and kept pointing to the sign with the check in time like I don’t already know that that’s why I called the day before. But she did put me and my friends on the same floor. We missed breakfast by 5 mins everything was put up I saw some left over juice in the fridge by the breakfast area I asked for on she told me know and said breakfast was over at 10 this the same lady with the bad wig. We tried using the pool which looked so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool no wonder no one was in the pool not even the kids. The rooms were clean and up to date the property was clean and up to date as well.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. We were disappointed that the hotel pool was pretty gross. We didn't stay long enough to ask about it. The kids were bummed, though. I give good reviews to clean hotels, though, since that's always my top priority...and this one was very clean.

Suite was equipped with barely enough supplies for two people, so our family of four had to share plates/flatware/towels. Room was next to stairway exit and that door slammed loudly with every person using it. This kept us all up until around 3am. The door had a 2” gap underneath that we had to block with a blanket to cut down on light and noise from the hall. Floor of room was dirty so after walking around barefoot we all had to wash our feet to clean off the dirt/grime. Staff was friendly but the Hotel room we were in was a dismal experience.
