Phone number online needs to be updated to correct number. Tried to call several times to inform of late check in (after midnight) but line was disconnected. The overnight employee saw my message and called me. This simple act gave me such relief! She was incredible and accommodating! She knew I was exhausted from the 6 hour drive and had kids in the car, so she made the check in quick. The beds were exactly what we needed. The only complaint is there weren't towels in the bathroom. We tracked down a cleaning cart and, again, the employee exceeded generosity. He gave us plenty of towels for our stay. I enjoyed our stay so much that registered for the rewards program.

I WOULD recommend this place! The staff, the breakfast and check in and checkout process was flawless. I’d recommend it if you have kids or a wife. Room was smaller than other places I’ve stayed, but still very comfortable! The room was clean, the sheets were clean, floor was clean. Everything about this place was clean. If my wife and I ever need a place to sleep while passing through Bentonville, they will be the first place we stop. Side note. One of the employees happily cleaned up an accident that a little boy made with his drink. Said employee kept reassuring the mom it was fine and accidents happen. The character and integrity of the staff was refreshing to say the least.

First time staying at a Wyndham property. We were checked in to an occupied room at check-in and had to be reassigned a room before settling in. We couldn’t watch the television in my room because they currently have no cable service provider for the property. I was offered a Roku by the front desk person as a solution. Very old property with limited electrical outlets in the room and no usb ports at all. The hotel itself was very quite and located close to family that we were visiting which is the reason we booked. Free breakfast was very limited but kind of expected when considering the type of property this is. Be sure to uread the reviews before booking.

The hotel is small, out of traffic, and family friendly. The staff was very welcoming and alway polite. The hotel and rooms were clean and the beds were amazing. It felt very safe and comfortable, the breakfast was good.

Rooms were really small. Noisy... Not the Hotel's fault. Convention of High School aged children. They were just having fun.

Check in was fast and no complications. The gentlemen at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Room was amazing. My family and I came from Sullivan, Mo. for my nephews wedding and was very impressed with your hotel. I would absolutely recommend your hotel to anyone staying in that area. Thank you for everything!!

We were traveling to attend a family funeral. This hotel was clean, comfortable, and reasona ly priced. Stay was great and staff was courtious. Breakfast was good. This was the case both times we have lodged here. Will stay here again when in area. Thanks!!

We really only needed a place to sleep as we were visiting family in the area. The room was small and tidy and reasonably priced. Thus, fitting our limited needs for this trip.
