Best Western Plus Castlerock Inn & Suites

Staff was friendly. Breakfast choices were great for our family. Room was comfortable. Workout room elliptical making a loud clunking so opted for treadmill. Some of attachments on cable machine missing.

Will stay again. No complaints. Loved the rooms with a small living room and couch. Perfect for families.

When arriving it was 1230 in the morning. I boomed through expedia and was told their system was down and i would have to pay cash even though id already paid online. I was told to cancel my reservation and they would rebook me with cash. I looked at the cancelation policy and it says no refunds for cancelation. I came back in and told the child behind the counter. Miraculously she was able to just check me in!! Scam!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. They were very accommodating and the kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub.

A great place! Our grandchildren stayed with us one night and had a blast! Large clean rooms, pool, hot tub and a great breakfast make it a value as well!

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It appears to have been renovated recently and the rooms and lobby look really nice. The staff was not. We couldn’t ever find any staff. Nobody would answer the phone when you called. When I tried to check out and get a receipt I waited for 20 minutes at the front desk and kept calling and could hear the phone ringing but nobody would answer. When someone finally answered I explained that I was waiting at the front desk to check out and they hung up on me. Another 5 minutes passed and someone finally appeared. Very rude! Also my new car had a letter scratched into the trunk when we left the next day. I assumed some kid did it but I don’t know. We had to park very far away from the lobby.
