Hotel had a travel baseball team come stay and kept us up all night partying on the patio. Staff was unable to stop them and do anything about it. Inebriated adults stayed next to us and kept us up two nights in a row. Staff again unable or unwilling to do anything about it aside from "I am sorry about that". Room was infested with ants. Breakfast service one morning was 45 minutes late. We had planned on the service being available to feed our kids before an endurance sports event. Stay at this hotel was miserable and negatively affected our kids ability to perform at the events we travelled to Fayetteville to attend. Hotel staff unable to control the large group of drunk partying guests.

This is a very nice hotel. The suite was perfect for a one night stay with my two grandkids for a visit to Crystal Bridges Museum. This would be perfect for a business trip for one person. The suite had a downsized full kitchen, well stocked, a large bathroom (shower only), and a separate bedroom. The bed, couch, and desk chair were all comfortable, and the rooms were clean and big enough for the three of us. The free breakfast was good, with several different things to choose from. The only recommendation there would be to have a child friendly (fruit loops, captain crunch, etc.) cereal available. Two people could easily spend a week here. We didn’t use them, but there is also a large workout room, an outdoor pool, and a fire pit area, as well. The staff was friendly, helpful, and acted as though they were actually happy to see us. We got in from our visit to the museum very late since we were there to visit The Listening Forest Exhibit (absolutely wonderful), there was no milk available in the lobby store, so the fellow at the desk, that night, went into the kitchen to get two cups of milk for my grands. Wonderful service, and a great location to visit the Bentonville area.

Room was not correctly advertised on Hotels.com. We booked a suite for 5, 2 queens and a hideaway sofa bed. Found out on arrival that they don’t offer that kind of room. Had to cobble together a solution that would sort of work for our family as no other rooms in the area were available due to college football weekend. Towels were not left in the room even for a family of 4. Multiple calls to get extra towels were required. Room was just ok. Breakfast was sub-par. Not the best place to stay.

The pool being closed in the middle of the summer when we had a group of kids there was very disappointing
