We really enjoyed our stay at their hotel. I had some special requests and they were met and then some. My daughter was having a baby so we had grandkids on some nights and then my elderly mother came to meet the new Great great grandchildren. It was so easy for her to get to our room and our suite was so comfortable. We will be back to visit our grandchildren and we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

We had a great time in the area to watch softball, until the tornado hit in the middle of the night. The young man working the night shift handle the situation very well considering the majority of guests was families with young children in town for softball.

Great hotel in a good location. Nice large clean rooms. The bed could have been a little softer for my taste but was comfortable. Friendly staff and a full breakfast in a nice area.The pool was a little small but is great for children. Would definitely stay here again.

What I liked was the rooms were clean and quiet and the breakfast had alot of selection to choose from. What I did not like is the pool had too many people in it and it was very noisy in the evening time with kids. The parent(s) did not keep their children under control. I know they have to have fun but it was getting out of control. The pool area needs to be monitored every once in awhile. There was only one couple that had two small children that actually told them to be a little quieter.

We came for the Foo Fighters concert and brought our children as we stayed in Branson for a few days before. The staff were great and I think they do what they can but the first floor smelled musty. When I folded out the couch for one of the children to sleep on it had a stained mattress and ripped cushions. He ended up having to sleep on the couch for two days because every room was booked. The air conditioner smelled funny and by the morning we left we had a soaked carpet. So wet that it squished when we stepped on it. Again I don’t think it’s the staff I think it’s in need of some major updates. The beds are not comfortable and my back felt it.

Our family enjoyed meeting together and especially enjoyed having a hide-a-bed couch to sit on and visit. Everything was clean and neat. The water did take a while to turn hot, the only thing I could complain about. Everything else was wonderful.

1st time at this location. Breakfast was good, with choices; room was spacious for the family, and location was easy to find. Renovations are currently taking place, but the noise stopped at a reasonable time. They're on the 3rd floor, working down. Special thanks to Megan!!

I really liked this hotel! It was close to all the museums and restaurants. The breakfast buffe was really good and had lots of different choices. I will recommend it to friends and family:)
